When will he focus on creating shareholder value ? That is a key element of being a public company. They became public through SPAC to raise capital - and so far has failed to create any value with that capital. All it has been so far is massive destruction of shareholder capital while executives have continued to earn risk free equity. I mean shit or get off the pot. I would be insulting average managements if I call them an average management.
