We should encourage more of those projects as joint ventures. Not like port which is almost Chinese. It's too late now for port city. New projects with sea reclamation to build apartments. Big money making areas. Foreigners should be able to buy those plots.

To increase the Investment and revenue of course. Sri Lanka already leased their port to China on a 99-year lease, because they didn't had money to pay that off. They aren't promoting the investment to local population but to the Chinese who will invest to build the infrastructure.

She is required to wear a mask inside and she didn't. Reporters in other countries wear a mask were social distancing was not possible. No one there was 6 feet apart. If you cannot wear a mask than at least keep 6 feet. The guy is in contact with the workers.
