Progress isn't inherently good.. it just suggests movement in a forward direction. But forward itself isn't even specific, you can move forward off of a cliff which helps no one.
My grandmother’s home was not a work of art. When her siblings sold all their farmland and homes, it was developed into a commercial area. Her home was purchased and moved to be used as offices in an industrial area 20 miles away. This was about 20 years ago. The house is still standing, but it looks terrible. I have never understood why they bought the house and moved it that far just to let it fall into disrepair. As usual, Noah does it again with a great explore.
I do not think i have watched one of these that made me cry. It broke my heart to see a family home just left like that. It was so well built and immaculate inside. Who ever lived there kept a very clean house. There is so much value in the building stuff that remains. Even the bricks could be reused. It makes me sad too because when you live in an old dump, and see this.. Those window toppers are called valances.
Oh my, I absolutely could see myself living there!! What a darn shame to tear that house down. That upstairs marble bathroom wow I could lay in that jetted tub all evening long! It's so sad to see the chandeliers and light fixtures still there what a waste! The basement probably wouldn't have flooded with the sump pump running - such a shame and so sad.......
I don’t understand why they can’t have a sale inside of the wood, marble, floors, bathroom & everything that people who are building or remodeling their own houses could use. Even crown molding could be reused. So sad.
i just noticed you have a Facebook page & I am enjoying the beautiful pictures on your page. I look forward to watching more of your videos because I recently found your channel and I love the locations you are filming.
It is abandoned till someone start living there just to get visited by two police officers in front of the house saying: “you cannot be here). Bro! You literally have families being homeless, they’d take care of the house and pay for the electricity, water and gas. They prefer to let the house fall apart and not give anyone the chance to have a roof. I don’t get it.
Yes that bathroom was one of a kind! Thanks for showing. Best wishes to you and your girlfriend. Hope she can figure out what they grew in the greenhouse. Very nice house!
Very beautiful house!! Even for today. Those windows are gorgeous. I hope they repurpose all that stuff that still holds value. The thing hanging over and around the window is called a valence. Very beautiful ❤️
Noah, I call it a porch. 8:44 What is that tall black tower thing for in the back of the house? Never saw a laundry room by the front door, usually they are in the back of the house or in the basement. You know the help bars and stair lift isn't just for people that are old, Someone could of been disabled and needed the help. 25:11 That's a small shower. Pretty upstairs bathroom. How did they find everything that matches?
Oh Noah, I ❤ LOVE ❤ THIS HOME 🏡❤!! The staircase is stunning, and the doors🚪are so pretty! That Gazebo is EXACTLY what I told my husband that I wanted and he didn't understand, oh my!!! The room where the tree was growing is what I would use for parties, weddings, wedding receptions, and the like. Whoever sold this home and property for 16 million dollars NEEDS to have their mind examined, I'd NEVER sell this EXCEPTIONAL home!! 🏠 You have just found my DREAM HOME Noah, and now it's going to be demolished, oh, I have a headache!! 🫣 🫢 😵💫 😖 😫 😩 Thank you for sharing this home my friend. You are the BEST!🎉 Take care, Noah! Your friend Didi, 👍😃👍
The dead dry plants in the green house could be tomato vines, such beautiful grounds around the house patterned paving stone the dome like plant close to the house could be a mulberry, a close up of leaves and a branch I could identify it. The citrus tree looks like cumquats the fruit seems large though. The fruit are too elongated to be tangerine, or mandarin. Those upright strips on the wall could be grow light. Could have been an indoor orchard. Chandelier is not glass glass would clink. The top counter the toilet and bidet and bath are all a form of resin I have a wash hand basin in one of my rooms like that but in pink. Although the wall tiles are lovely its too much. Lovely house thanks for the video.
Gotta eat stuff that grows in the dirt. Bugs Bunny not wrong; eh? The land being covered over and farming being decimated is very disturbing. The provinces have some of best soil in the world. I lived all over and this planning is destroying our food capacity. Thank you Noah for your exceptional work. You are best at it.
Someone go save that poor little tree that is still growing! I often wonder if our trees & forests have life & feel the pain of our destruction of them. That poor little tree wondering where everyone went….
Sad. But water in basement not good. Big😢😢 remidiation with black mold. House is too owner specific like crazy bath. Tear it down. They are happy with their fortune. May not have long to enjoy it. Not for me.
I will never understand how corporate takes over and leaves the past in the dust. How do they sleep at night??? Keep destroying the past 🤦♂️.. worked out great for Germany.
We’re losing all of our farmland everywhere & fears of NOT having anywhere to grow food for billions of people should concern us all.
...billions? US populations isn't even half a billion yet.
OMG. I could live in that bathroom.❤ Such a waste when these kinds of homes are torn down, with the homeless we have in North America.
I didn't care for the bathroom, it looked dirty. I would redo the whole entire bathroom.
Love this mansion, really hate when they destroy pieces of art like this. A shame.
The woodwork is beautiful. Staircase, sweet.
If I had that marble toilet I would never get off the pot.
Look at that quality wood work throughout the house and tiling😍. Not to mention the exterior brick work!
My kinda home!
Progress isn't inherently good.. it just suggests movement in a forward direction. But forward itself isn't even specific, you can move forward off of a cliff which helps no one.
The tree growing is a kumquat tree. Kumquats make tasty jams.

Such a gorgeous house, and the property is so grand, it’s a shame to be torn down, just to rebuild cheaper houses, nice video Noah😎😎👍👍🍮🍮❤️❤️
He said they are building warehouses for an industrial area.

Cost of living in 1982(year my Grandma died) and now 2024. That house was probably CHEAP compared to now.
So clean ❤
Gotta love those hardwood floors
Very beautiful so sad they’re tearing it down

I love the staircase!!!!!

How do you find these abandoned houses?
Thank for the video
Yes if I had the money
I would fully restore this house instead of demolishing it
That's my favorite part of the house and it is so sad that they are going 😢 to tear it down

Gotta ❤ that tongue and groove wooden walls and ceilings

Oh, I certainly wish that you would / could!

It looks like the dinning room and connecting room were built on later.
Thx Noah😊
Very nice house indeed.
I could surely live in that magnificent beauty! ❤

I hope they repurpose that lift chair, they aren't cheap,.. someone could definitely benefit that.
Yep, Italian vibes ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Very sad, we live in a disposable society.
Bathroom is sweet!!!

I will never understand how corporate takes over and leaves the past in the dust. How do they sleep at night??? Keep destroying the past 🤦♂️.. worked out great for Germany.
They offered them 25million they didn’t want the house just the land so they could build warehouse s it is real shame that’s my idea of heaven ❤
Muy bonita la visita pero pasas muy rápido el video y marea mucho. Recreate más en los detalles y pásalo más despacito, plis...😅
Valence ❤❤❤❤
$14 million they got rich fast!
Typical boomers, do nothing to get that rich but say to 20-30 year olds: stop buying starbucks to afford a $1 mill house with 50k salary lol
I would rather have the home 🏡 instead! ❤
Always 100% explore noah, the quality of your finds are great,I think you are one of the best urban explorers on you tube.keep on keeping on.peace.❤🇬🇧
Wow, thank you! I really appreciate that 😊
not a fan of "progress"
Maybe they were growing weed.
I was thinking the same
Money spent, and wasted up the flu...😢
Comquart tree
Do they thrive without water?
@davidhibbs6989 "Kumquat" tree. I think they need drier soil (like a cactus), but they need to be kept warm. Anyway they're tasty.
Looks like figs.
Kumquats used to make jams
Why do you put the mike to close to your nose or your mouth. It's annoying.
Its literally on my shirt? Did you miss that?
I don't hear or see any problem at all, Noah, everything's fine. Just continue doing what you're doing. ❤
Well it sounds like it's clip to your nose.
The sunroom is awesome 💯, that looks like a add-on. Exterior brick 🧱
If I could afford this house, I'd buy it, fix it up and restore, especially the basement 😕
