Ak aim higher HR utk burn more calories. Salah konsep la ni. Hahaha. Satu lg problem ms lari lutut sakit. Xde tips ke mcm mn nk avoid masalah lutut. Good sharing Alif, keep it up 👍👍
Good job bro..Training by Heart Rate..same with me.. before I use,I can't achieved my target half marathon sub1.30..after I used HR, totally I got 1.27j on March 2020..Nov 2020 klscm VR I got 1.22j..now I target sub 1.20j maybe on April

hanya mampu buat brisk walk sbb knee injury.. but 4 times per week range 6-7km each time n pace only 10.00/km je.. tu pun siap kena perli coz slow.. but now rasa sihat n ringan badan.. bile x jog rasa xseronok
