Good job bro..Training by Heart Rate..same with me.. before I use,I can't achieved my target half marathon sub1.30..after I used HR, totally I got 1.27j on March 2020..Nov 2020 klscm VR I got 1.22j..now I target sub 1.20j maybe on April
Ak aim higher HR utk burn more calories. Salah konsep la ni. Hahaha. Satu lg problem ms lari lutut sakit. Xde tips ke mcm mn nk avoid masalah lutut. Good sharing Alif, keep it up 👍👍

Normal Resting heart rate utk atheletes 40 plus are normal...but utk yg biasa2 60 plus...and bergantung pada age factor
