- Israel has released new footage taken from body cameras worn by Hamas fighters carrying out their attack on Israel just over two weeks ago.
It's also published documents it says were retrieved from the attackers -- one of which is described as an "abduction manual".
Sky News' security and defence editor, Deborah Haynes, was one of journalists invited to watch the 43-minute compilation of the bloodshed - which hasn't yet been independently verified.

Around 90% of deaths in modern conflicts are civilian. No army is developing tech or weapons to even attempt to reduce civilian casualties. I'm sure there are claims that tech like facial recognition was designed to do that, but in reality if the face they are after is in a group of civilians they won't hesitate to take out the lot.
The notion that wars are a theatre of battle between two armies is all bull to get people to enlist and do their part, it's all about who can destroy the civilian population fastest. Some armies/militias take a more barbaric approach, while others try and use technology to keep their hands clean, but the end result is always the same. Real people left trying to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives.
War shouldn't be this, that or the other, it just shouldn't be.

Qatar harbours the leader of Hamas and financially supports this organization. How could its government not have known about the massacre before it took place? Everyone knows executing such a monstrous massacre of Israeli civilians would be met by an extremely harsh response against Hamas. So how could Qatar not have known beforehand what would happen as a result to the Palestinian people if the planned massacre went ahead? The fact Qatar has failed to condemn Hamas and continues to give safe haven to the leader of Hamas suggests it is complicit in this sacrifice of Palestinian lives to attain certain political goals.
