well the title isn’t completely necessary to understand the story, its just a summary/teaser. he prob doesn’t want to add the titles in the audio so as to not disrupt the flow of the storytelling but i agree that i like to know the titles before i listen as well, so i understand
They are good to sleep to because the reader's voice is generally even and not abrasive, more soft, and they are long. So it's noise that you can listen to without focusing on or worrying about being startled awake by a sudden loud noise.
