I'm Brazilian and I discovered this track in simulators in 1998 GPLegend/Sierra, since then the passion has only grown. Today I race for a German team GERICK Motorsport for the Iracing races simulator of Endurances 24h. and I did a search of the names of the curves and their meanings, Congratulations on your video and production. Many secrets have been revealed. Like 805
This is incredible production and editing, I can't believe this series has such little views! Great job
Surplus Milk thank you! Please share it with anyone you think would benefit from it.
Totally agree
Here from Missed Apex, and I really like this series. It is criminally underrated!
Hope you keep doing this!
DC thank you! PART 1 will be remastered and PART 3 will be out this coming week.
Best series of video's about the Nordschleife. I am watching the 5 parts every day now as I am learning to drive fast on the Nordschleife on Assetto Corsa. Thanks a lot for making this.
Bert Schuurman Thanks so much for watching Bert! Please tell people and share the video of you think it will help them.
Excellent series. I used these videos to prep for my nurbugring trip which I came back from last week after completing 14 laps in my car. One update is that you can't use the foxhole kerb anymore
I only remember this section for the times i played Gran Turismo 4, i always liked to do the fox hole flatout, the adenauer forst is the only corner name i can remember (it took me days to get it right).
These tutorials are simply phenominal. Cant believe this doesnt have more views.
James Thorpe Thanks a lot James!!!
I wonder how this series doesn't have more views!!
ariedeknaller88 thank you! Please share it!
thank you for your thoughts
Just watched all of them and learned the track in iracing. Thanks, they really helped. Still very slow for now but at least I know what corners are coming up next 👍
Thank you for watching!
Also in the Gran Turismo 4 with a poweful rear wheel drive car it's awesome to tackle Kallenhard, you can pretty much do a powerslide after the first corner!
According to multiple documentaries about the Ring in German YT land / TV, the fox was rescued. Never heard the story told otherwise tbh. Oh, and this series here is gold for sure.
this is GREAT! thank you!
The production quality is through the roof, especially for a low-sub’d channel (which need explaining) Great video, found this really helpful!
That’s super kind RapidPigeon! Please share it with anyone you think it could help.
@@BradPhilpot Already done! Once again, amazing video (Series)!
Brilliantly narrated and produced. Thanks a ton mate, its perfect!
Benjamin Burnett thanks so much for watching!
Incredible Video mate. Thank you very much, best Nordschleife learning vid available. You deserve way more subs.
Thank you so much man, exactly what I was looking for
I’m really glad it was useful!
I'm loving this videos, nice work!
Thanks Javier! Please share them with anyone you think would like them.
my key takeaway: brake for adenauer when you smell the pizza. then stop off for a pint & pie.
These need more attention. Thank you so much.
Wow, thank you!
This is brilliant, you really have a talent for teaching. Absolutely love this course so far.
Thanks for watching Mikail! Please share the videos if you think they’ll help anyone else. Brad
The left-right between Kallenhard Miss-hit-miss is called "Puff-Paff".
Also wow, Gran Turismo makes the Foxhole look a heck of a lot scarier than AC or whatever sim you are using.
„Piff-Paff“ as far as I know :)
Incredible series. I'm already noticing places where I'm losing time on my laps.
I've got the basic lines right but I'm just not brave enough on most of the tighter corners.
Love this guide. Instant subscribe. Will be revisiting more as I start practicing on track.
Thanks for watching!
I just drive a 130 hp mx-5 NA in assetto corsa and still manage to crash into the wall in one of these corners once in a while. Adenaur forst first to right is not too bad in a weak car is it is a pretty sharp uphill already, but the left is pretty damn nasty, when you think it's ok and expect it to be over an even sharper left pops up after the hill. Kallenhart and Wehrseifen often end up in a crash.
Drove 3 laps last Sunday with copilot help, one of the most fun things i ever done.
I know it's an old video but appreciate the descriptions.
I dont need to learn the track as I have driven on the ring since I was 8 on my first game assetto corsa, now im 15 all I ever wanted to do was be a co driver and teach my friends the german words so they can memorize, thanks for saying some of the english words aswell, great series
Finally learning the Green Hell, I always get caught by Adenauer, this section is so difficult.

Thank you for a great video! Should see way more hits...!
What ist the sim and car you are using here?
Oliver Rau thanks a lot! Please share it! It’s Assetto Corsa with a Seat Leon TCR car.
@@BradPhilpot Do you have tips for higher fps in Assetto Corsa i'm barely squeezing 21 :D
ivan janka I’m afraid not, apart from having a faster PC. I’m running 144FPS on a triple screen setup.
@@BradPhilpot thanks
dang it. i always thought ist hit miss hit

For the guy who disliked this video. I will find you...
At corner at 1:37 is better stick to left. Slow in, fast out.
Marcin Brodowski it totally depends on the car and tyre performance. Today in VLN, I used a variety of lines in our front wheel drive touring car depending on tyre performance level, which evolved over the stint. In a FWD car, staying too far left prevents you accelerating out early, and keeping the wheels as straight as possible.
