Great job Exo definitely going to look into these be honest after my Proline dual-stage has broken in I'm pretty happy with them but there's always room for improvement and that's why I love this hobby we get to Tinker and build and play with stuff
Well if that’s the case I have stock foams saved. Speaking of that I’m using stock single stage in the 4.76 Proline Flatirons, the fronts are from a 10.3 so they are a bit stiffer for a bit better sidewalk roll control.
hope you didn't get carpal tunnel by changing the tyre so much! appreciated the side by side comparison - I got the halos - still trying to figure them out. Haven't gotten any softer after a few months of consistent use
Well I was hoping they’d get softer from some comments I’ve heard. If these don’t then I’ll take them out and try something else. Which ones did you get? The 3.4?
@@ExocagedRC I've got the 3.5 on the front and 3.6 in the rear - they work great in the KLR/M gold they're currently in. Even thought they're quite stiff, they make the tyres stick real nice. They kinda defied my thinking of a soft cushy tyre grips better than stiff. Side hilling is definitely better. Maybe just not convinced because of how stiff they feel and not how they actually drive the truck better than most other foams I've messed with 🤷🏿♂️
Hey Joe! Are you getting a Losi Lasernut? This thing looks pretty awesome my man! Like a tenacity and bomber brushless hybrid! I'd love to see what you think about it! Love your channel BTW! Fellow Floridian here in Pensacola! Want to come check out the awesome Exoplex sometime!
Hey man you’re welcome to check out the exoplex. I’ve seen a few videos on the new Losi and it looks pretty good. I guess I’d have to see one in person to make the call on buying it or not. I like that’s it’s a 4S truck out of the box.
This truck will eventually get softer foams all around, I may try it like I did with the Proline Flat Irons, scx10.3 stiff foam up front and a softer foam in the back.
Should definitely try their air down foams they are awesome
Thank you for testing Tires, foams, Motors & ESC's, and all the suspension parts etc! We all appreciate it!👊😎👍🇺🇸
Yeah I just started using the halo foam’s and I like them. I’ll be switching over from CI’s Appreciate you sharing
You should call it the Holy Rolly, sounds good. Tyres look way better. Good Job 👍
These are my favorite foams. I’m not happy with the prolines as the sidewall is flat. These cover the sidewall as well on my duratrax showdown.
That’s fish filter foam lol

These dual stages I find are to hard for these comp crawlers. I have had bette luck with the foams that came with my deep woods and hyrax tires.

@@ExocagedRC I've heard to saturate the tires in mean green and put in a ziplock for a few days? You have any experience with that?
Hey, the inner foam fits perfect with your rim. Is that 3cm wide?
I think these are .75” wide. So about 19mm
EXOCRACK
😀😅😅
very cool i so want to duplicate your back yard
Well, it’s a ....ton... of work. LoL.
Part on the nasty: the crack'n!
How much does your rig weigh

I’d rather drag my @$$ through a mile of broken glass then support NotSixx.
😅😅
Exocaged RC Just saying.
I just grabbed a set of these foams. PITA to mount compared to CI but they feel pretty damn good. Hopefully get to do some testing of my own soon =)
Still to stiff ide say. I think the ci foams worked better

Pretty impressive! Very cool Brother! ~;+}>
