    It's many years since I was there, and the line from Muckleford to Castlemaine had not been restored. Many thanks for the chance to see what I missed.
    The section I do know is a superb example of a Victorian rural line, and the whole line is superb.

    Cool video, I searched for it when I went over at the Midland Hwy crossing and wondered if it was still used.
    Is it still used today, anything else run on the line in 2021?

    My recollection of the train......so excruciatingly slow...
