The peacekeepers are required to run their mouth at any opportune moment. If you choose silence over spouting your beliefs and accusing your enemies of stuff, you're out!
It's what the speed demon modification does, forces the throttle to max. Thankfully he didn't have to hold a button the whole time. That would start to hurt after a while
