Aw, poor baby. After I did the same choice ( sacrifice parents ) I decided to reload and I don't regret it. She seems so much happier with them alive, even if she'll suffer from Shar's pain until they die. But I don't think that's so bad. There's many ways to deal with pain in DnD. My headcanon is that Tav casts Warding Bond on her and they split the pain between each other every day. It must really piss off Shar. same thing happens when you romance Astarion or Gale. it just doesn’t trigger when you let Karlach go to Avernus. I submitted a ticket to Larian support; hopefully it will be fixed before I finish a second playthrough.
yeah its the typical Larian-Ending problems its far less polished than the rest of the game and i truly hope that they patch it so you can have a little dialouge with atleast all camp members at the end
it def must be a bug on last decision with Karlach at the end. if you let her go to Avernus with Wyll, no ending dialogue triggers. happened to me with Astarion romance. then I reloaded and let her die and suddenly the last dialogue with him popped up.
Gale also had a bug, I made him detonate on the final boss, he still appears contemplating whether to go after the crown pieces, funnier still the party still treats it like he died @@asmalltalk

No idea, sorry. It takes a long time to go from Shadowheart's quest to the ending. There was no way for me to record alternate version. But if her parents are still alive, then she's still bound to Shar. Her parents sacrificed themselves so she can be free of Shar's influence.
@@AshiiX6 I have seen videos where her parents were alive. And not much say about What's grasp. Maybe it was last challenge from Shar. What you choose parents or not. Because Shar say that all afraid of suffering. And you afraid of suffering if not choose parents. So you only agree with Shar.
i finished her quest, saved her parents and she is not bound to shar, But i am afraid i am somehow locked. Nothing happens when i talk to her except the kissing and asking how she feels. Also didnt get the option to give her to night orchid. I cant seem to trigger the last romance scene in the water with swimming somehow. Or does it come later after finishing her whole quest series? Her parents also are chilling in the camp now and approved the relationship with her
@@easmear5123 I... honestly not understand of half of what you wrote. I can only reply here is that I left the decision to Shadowheart and she decided to end her parents' suffering and they also agreed it was the best decision.
@@hakki1098 Unfortunately after her quest she doesn't have any more content except one last short scene. As for her swimming scene not triggering, it definitely sounds like a bug. It triggered for me before I finished her quest with parents. Basically as soon as I reached the Lower City and used the long rest. And giving her night orchid was an option in act 2, I don't think it's possible to give it to her later.

Theres even a pair of Rings in act 2 for that exact purpose. Ironically originally the Shar Cleric (Wife) forced her pain upon her husband.
It doesn't heal her wound, it just restores some of her memories as far as I know@@brend213

If Karlach is alive with Wyll in Avernus you don't get this for some reason. Shit's buggy.
