    I don't believe I've ever commented on your videos. I just want to say I've been following you for years before subscribing.
    You can't really tell how you've changed lives by looking at your analytics. You have contributed to my health journey. I will lose another 50 pounds in 2024. Thanks for all of the education you provide.

    My goal for 2024 is to get back into a morning jog/run and to donit consistently 4-5x a week. Like i had been before getting injured and having surgery early last year

      My goal is to exercise 7 days a week for 2 hours a day! I'm at the gym now

      I had to get a spinal fusion and have gone two months without being able to work out. I feel like I’ll get back to the gym and my workout routine with more motivation than ever

    I’ll be less ambitious with my goal by not going for the whole year and say my goal for January only is to go to bed by 11pm and wake up at 7am. I used to be better with morning routines. If this works then maybe I’ll continue.

    My goal for 2024: focus on discipline, consistency, eating 85% whole foods and getting stronger in the gym every workout. The physique I want will arrive as a byproduct.

    Happy new year 🎉! I heard a senior power lifter say that she cared less about what her body looked like and more about what her body could do. That’s my 2024 mantra as a 59 year old gym rat. Can I get the 5th rep? Yes I can, but I still look 59! Lol! 😂 so empowering to love what my body can do even if i don’t look like Hollywood movie star ⭐️! Thanks for all the great recipes! ❤

    Looks great--love CC AND love oatmeal! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing

    10 to 15 lb of fat loss and 2 to 5 lb of muscle gained. Maybe attempt to start running again 😂 consistency is key my friends

    Love this ! I’m on a high protein diet of 1800 calories a day with at least 180g of protein per day to help me on my weight loss journey from 93kg to 77kg which has been impacted by a severe lower back and disc bulge / slip discs injury so I am limited to walking (8 miles per day) and swimming 3 times per week … but the protein focus and clean diet is having a massive impact on my journey ! The cake was delicious !!

    My only goal is to add more mobility exercises into my routine and improve my shoulder and hip health. (Translation: I need to figure out how to keep working out and not get injured)

    Happy New Year Derek!! Thank you so much for all the wonderful food tips and tricks. My go-to favorites are the protein shakes, chicken and potato slow cooker, and the mug cakes. My fiancée is not much into fitness, but she loves the food I make, and it's all thanks to you:)
    My goal for 2024 is to main gain. I've kept a good bodyweight for almost 13 years! I just want to stay the course and go on more adventures. Last year was amazing!! Cheers my man! Carrot Cake is one of my favorites! Gonna try this soon:)

      I don’t think so. You’d need to replace it with something or you’d end up with a puddle of carrot

    Long time follower, first time watching your channel. I was thinking of making this for my niece who asks for carrot cake often and has been a pain with my mom making her breakfast. Maybe she'll like it.
    2024 Physique Goals: I have RC surgery for my R shoulder in Feb, so after I'm healed, DEFINITELY bringing back the mass I've lost in my shoulders. Most importantly, however, is remaining consistent with my lifts and cardio, and tighten up my diet for a little fat loss. Also, more hiking, even in the New England winter. 😊
