Regretfully, Grove Street crime family weren't able to compete against the Ballas who sold drugs left and right and many like Big Smoke detected to the Ballas crime organisation.
Just because they dont slang crack doesnt mean they dont sell weed and other amenities. Plus you go on all types of licks with Ryder robbing houses and even breaking into the goddamn army depot and stealing a fuckload of military grade weaponry! And they probably steal cars and take them to chop-shops and rob dice games and DEFINITELY raid & rob trap houses and any crack dealers they spot in Families turf.
