It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND- like Saulo Ribeiro said, just cause you are behind me does not mean you have my back! There is a world of difference between merely being behind someone aka showing your back vs giving up your back with hooks, underhook and choke etc.

I use some of these techniques a lot of them come naturally once you purposefully let your opponent get your back it takes some time

I Agree. The only thing that I thought had "potential" was the "out the back/ arm spin." The rest was garbage. It would only work with noobs who don't know how to run a
bar-arm/handcuff (highschool wrestling) or track the back.
