"Uskudar'a Gider Iken also has the same melody. Famous Bengali poet Kazi Nazrul Islam's song Shukno Paatar Noopur Paaye is also based on this folk tune. Ruse Kose Curo Imas. Interestingly, the song Rasputin had inspired a very famous Shah Rukh Khan number earlier. The song, Sachchi Yeh Kahaani Hai about the life of a goon in Kundan Shah's 1993 film Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa."

Uskudar'a isa turkish adaptation of some old Syrian/Egyptian folklore song Banat iskandaria , Uskudar is a song written by an angry bureaucrat on the melody of the Banat iskandaria mocking the new laws, a parody that went viral. and the melody had spread over the Balkans even before Uskudar was written
