They do. There's a ton of them, but they're usually in Arabic or Farsi.... So
muslims believe in jesus so tecnically it was about Islam too... will they be able to make it in any Muslim country about same topic, that would be difficult..
cause you only watch hollywood movies. I've watched lots of islamic horror movies from Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc
