Rocket ship or the snake one would be my favorites for this course. That monkey and that frog is unsettling to look at with those red eyes.

The snake having light bulbs for fangs was a nice touch from whoever made that!
When I was growing up and when we went down there we use to play there every time we was down there . I know for a fact it 50+ years old.

Definitely agree, seems like a place you might find as a playable hole but this course makes it a fun transition path where they definitely pulled out the stops, awesome!

On hole 4, that was fun to watch.
Interesting music they got there going from Styx (made me very happy to hear) to playing Happy was an odd transition hah
Also love the choices of fluorescent pink and yellow colors you chose in this episode!!! Reminds me of the old hacky sack colors I had back in my youthful days of the 80's when the HACKY SACK craze was the IN thing!!!!!!
The cave was Awesome and hole 10 with the turtle was Cool !
I would have to say that I like the holes with the pipe surprises; you never know where the ball will come out. This is a VERY cool mini golf course.

Love the way this mini golf course looks and plays! Just like Elisha, my favorite hole was 10 with the turtle. Even though Brooks didn't think he was playing very well, he wasn't very far off the lead during that game. Amazing video Brooks and Elisha!

This was such fun to watch! Not sure I have a favorite. That wheel definitely needs some grease, and that rocket looks like it’ll come apart during the next wind storm. Not sure why you were whining on the first half of the course. For the most part, you were only trailing Elisha by 1. I think you both played well, and it ended in a tie. Can’t complain about that!! You made me laugh when you said “the 6 or you in Team Brooks”! Lol!! I’m sure there are a few more than that!! 😉 Keep ‘em coming, Brooks. I really enjoy these!

Pretty cool course, definitely some great challenges as well! What's really great to me is that even though it looks a little rough, the turf and pipes all seemed to be in perfect working order, which often times isn't the case with these older courses. Favorite hole was the rocket hole as well, good Florida vibes 😊.

Man, this makes me miss Magic Carpet Golf that was in my town, which had a similar hole to Goofy Golf's hole #1, except it was a green alien called Goop. Magic Carpet Golf was designed by Goofy Golf's Lee Koplin, his brother Bill, and Bill Jr., and built in 1969 and 1970. The statues were built by Michael Kautza, and Andy, his brother. Magic Carpet had many of the same hole designs as Goofy Golf: the monkey, the dinosaur, the Sphinx, the alligator, the Easter Island Tiki Head (except I believe Magic Carpet's version was much taller, and you could climb up inside of it to the very top, and be treated to a complete 360° view of the city). Magic Carpet Golf also had a fish, but nowhere near as large as the one at Goofy Golf, and there were also the giant flowers, which I guess are no longer present at Goofy Golf. I have yet to see the entrance to Goofy Golf, but at Magic Carpet Golf, you would enter through the mouth of a giant, evil-looking face. There was a wrap around 180° hole like hole #4 with the rocket ship, but I do not recall what decorative object was on Magic Carpet's hole. There were also the ghosts. There was also a version of hole #5 that was called something like "Out and Return", something and "return" anyway. Yes, hole #6 was yet another hole copied at Magic Carpet. Magic Carpet didn't have any cave though.
Other holes which I can recall, but surely are not a complete list: the bull, the outhouse, roulette, space ship, spider web with spider moving up and down over the hole, the giant ant, the ostrich that would lower his head down into the hole, the ship, the magic carpet, the pygmy hut, the haunted tree, the hen house, the kokopelli, the sun, the castle, the cave (but nothing like the walkway cave at Goofy Golf), the pinball game, the octopus, the snake, the skull, and the buddha (which Brooks played a similar hole somewhere, and commented that he had never seen a hole like it: a golf ball travels under a platform, and at the back of the platform, the golf ball travels up a half circle transition that carries the ball to the upper platform and changes its path of travel back towards the shooter).
At least most of the statues were saved, and they went to various businesses, and a few private residents. Unfortunately, nobody saved the multi-ton Sphinx. However, a bar, called The Hut, took ownership of the giant Easter Island Tiki Head, and it now sits on a corner of a popular strip in town. Patrons walk through the Easter Island Tiki Head to gain access to the bar's outside patio area, which sits between The Head, and the bar itself. Also the big neon sign was saved, and now graces the side of a road that is home to many old neon business signs.
We once had six Miniature Golf establishments open at the same time, and now only one of those six still exists. Currently, we only have two establishments: Golf N' Stuff (the lone survivor), and Funtasticks. We did have an indoor black-light Mini Golf course, called Glow Zone, but that closed just a few years ago because of two separate fires that broke out within a 24 hour period. The first happened at 1 am, followed by another around 3 pm, when fire crews were called regarding smoke coming from the roof. Investigators found a series of small fires in the HVAC system in the attic. The first fire which happened at 1 am was in another part of the building. However, with all that ever was, Magic Carpet was always my favorite!
