My sister had her then 13 year old daughter taken from her by Los Angeles county CPS because my sister and her husband told their daughter no, she can’t sleep over at her boyfriend’s parent’s house for the weekend while his parents were out of town. Of course the facts of the case turned into claims of abuse and neglect which never happened. My sister is a great mom but lost custody of her daughter over total b.s. while in the state’s care, my niece was sexually abused multiple times by multiple foster parents and their biological adult children, she was starved down to 90 lbs., as food was withheld as punishment for telling CPS or her family about the abuse. Not surprisingly, at the age of 18 she found her way to drugs and has been strung out on skid row for years. Thanks CPS for ruining my sister’s life and her daughter’s too. I hate CPS with a passion.

That wasn't my experience with my attorney fighting CPS. She really despised most of our county CPS workers. They were overheard talking amoungst themselves in a hallway during a recess that they were "going to eat me alive and spit out the chunks". They also spoke shit about my attorney, they said that she was "a fat ass dumb blond". At the end of the day, two of the case workers left the courtroom in tears, their supervisor was told to stay in the courtrooms until the Judge was finished for the day and then meet him in his chamber. The last one, he was a private psychiatrist but was the court's and CPS "expert" on children of divorcing parents. My attorney told me at the start of my case that if this Dr. testified against me, I'd be screwed. Just a couple weeks after my case was finished, the Dr's office suddenly went out of business! I was not surprised, he was caught in so many lies on the stand........his word could no longer be believed.

Her daughter is now adopted out and we allare very much in my niece's life :) however the dirty things that the cps did was insane! And the worker told the foster mom who is now her adoptive mom that she shouldnt worry she will be adopting ny niece and that the foster childs family on mothers side (aka me and my other sister) dont even know this child exists. I called the Operater by dialing 0 on my telephone in my hospital room and We simply asked if it was Okay to go home and the Operator lady as you can hear her voice told me right before you see what is being recorded that we were allowed to leave just as long as we were to alert the charge nurse assigned to Me and baby and just needed to have our final Vitals checked and documented as the last and final requirement for proper Discharge as well as lastly having my son's security band removed from his foot which all was completed and CLEARED FOR DISCHARGE right up until the nurse was finished taking our vital stats she told us she had to attend to another patient momentarily but would quickly return to take it off and would be on our way to leave the hospital #HomeBoundMommyAndBaby 💏

These people are here to take your children. You lost your right to your children when you signed the birth certificate. It was then sent to the state recorder and the county you were born in. It was then that the state has the original document of your child with your signature. They then keep the original and give you a certified copy. You are now the one responsible for the child but the state owns them. Remember in a court of law who ever has the original signed document is the owner. That is why you get a certified copy. Make you wonder, shouldn't they have a copy and not the original. Alodial title people. Same goes with your car and house. The original alodial title is in the hands of the banks a d you get a certified copy. Because if you really own it you dont have to pay taxes on it. Wake up people and ask the state for the original birth certificate of your child and watch what happens.

That wasn't my experience with my attorney fighting CPS.
She really despised most of our county CPS workers.
They were overheard talking amoungst themselves in a hallway during a recess that they were "going to eat me alive and spit out the chunks". They also spoke shit about my attorney, they said that she was "a fat ass dumb blond".
At the end of the day, two of the case workers left the courtroom in tears, their supervisor was told to stay in the courtrooms until the Judge was finished for the day and then meet him in his chamber. The last one, he was a private psychiatrist but was the court's and CPS "expert" on children of divorcing parents. My attorney told me at the start of my case that if this Dr. testified against me, I'd be screwed.
Just a couple weeks after my case was finished, the Dr's office suddenly went out of business! I was not surprised, he was caught in so many lies on the stand........his word could no longer be believed.
The lawyers have to be that system needs improvements too ever since they broke it in early 2000s

BERNARDINE MEDICAL CENTER) where I delivered my son on July 12, 2018 @t 3:16am I gave birth to My Newborn healthy 6 lbs 13 oz 18 inches beautiful babyboy, 24 hours after delivery as Both Mother & Baby were approved to be DISCHARGED, at the last minute Thee Nurses staff stalled Parents whom were unaware of being Reported to CPS, and were just patiently waiting for the removal of the infant's ankle monitor Security Band on his right foot. Nobody informed Neither Mother nor Father there was reason to Believe OuR child wouldn't be safe with Us and so thee entire stay I was under thee impression all was good and well considering I was bonding (skin to skin) and caring for my newborn as thee natural Loving and nurturing mother I was reassured as I was being while My attending nurse constantly closely examined my interactions and attention level with assurance I was properly attending to my baby's needs, noone made no such mentionings of Concern as to why A REPORT WAS MADE AND NEVER DISCUSSION OF IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION , UNFORTUNATELY no medical staff attempted to disclose any info as they unprofessionally improperly intervened my DISCHARGE in progress as We were LITERALLY ABOUT TO BE RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL TO GO HOME, But as soon as we were about to head out Seriously unbelievably the unimaginable occurred which 'THEY' USED AS AN EXCUSE TO KEEP US FROM GOING ANYWHERE ESPECIALLY ANYWHERE NEAR GOING TO HOME SWEET HOME so they Schemed Me and my newborn into confinement to My Hospital Room & unknowingly awaited the arrival of ONE Law Enforcement officer of San Bernardino Police Department , & 1 CPS SOCIAL WORKER FROM SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY (Central Office) CFS CHILDREN'S FAMILY SERVICES in Cahoots with this⚕️Medical Kidnap🆘 & Didso WITHOUT A WARRANT ⁉️❗THEY Violated My Rights !?!

CPS is so pathetic! They are a bunch of women that gossip like crazy , seriously i felt like i was in a mean girls episode and i am not the damn parent of the child! I used to be a foster parent long ago and rules have changed drastically. These workers love to play God and mess with peoples lives. The ultimate goal is to reunite kids with their parents.....not find an adoption parents for them and make the parents life hell. Like i said, they need to be reprimanded for their bad judgements, meddling in things like changing visits on the parents and not say anything to them about it then claim they didnt show up.. things like some person who is an enemy of the parent calling cps worker to report false accusations and the worker just yanks the kid out of foster home to be placed in a dangerous environment then placed back to the previous foster home. Or how about the worker that SLEPT WITH my sisters husband and got let go because of it. (And gross cuz i cant understand why she would do that ...let alone my sister marrying the fool) my sister ended up as the parent with kid taken from her. I havent had a relationship with her ever since she started hanging out with douchebags on drugs. Her daughter is now adopted out and we allare very much in my niece's life :) however the dirty things that the cps did was insane! Im not making excuses for my sister, she wasnt fit to care for her child and none of us were notified she even had a child so this happened before we had a chance to get involved. Sad. And the worker told the foster mom who is now her adoptive mom that she shouldnt worry she will be adopting ny niece and that the foster childs family on mothers side (aka me and my other sister) dont even know this child exists. My niece is very happy and we all love her and thankful for her beautiful lil self and charm! Love her to pieces!

1) Never Let Them In Your Home Without A Warrant Even If The Bring A Cop Or Say It's A Emergency Stand Your Ground And Be Polite
2) Record Everything
3) Never Say Anything
4) Call A Lawyer
5) If They Say It's Neglect Call The Doctor's And Get Proof That Your Children Are Safe And There No Physical Abuse Happen (Get It In Writing)
6) Never Ask Them For Help
7) Have A Strong Family & Friend Support Team That Can Help You

I called the Operater by dialing 0 on my telephone in my hospital room and We simply asked if it was Okay to go home and the Operator lady as you can hear her voice told me right before you see what is being recorded that we were allowed to leave just as long as we were to alert the charge nurse assigned to Me and baby and just needed to have our final Vitals checked and documented as the last and final requirement for proper Discharge as well as lastly having my son's security band removed from his foot which all was completed and CLEARED FOR DISCHARGE right up until the nurse was finished taking our vital stats she told us she had to attend to another patient momentarily but would quickly return to take it off and would be on our way to leave the hospital #HomeBoundMommyAndBaby 💏

These people are here to take your children. You lost your right to your children when you signed the birth certificate. It was then sent to the state recorder and the county you were born in. It was then that the state has the original document of your child with your signature. They then keep the original and give you a certified copy. You are now the one responsible for the child but the state owns them. Remember in a court of law who ever has the original signed document is the owner. That is why you get a certified copy.
Make you wonder, shouldn't they have a copy and not the original. Alodial title people. Same goes with your car and house. The original alodial title is in the hands of the banks a d you get a certified copy.
Because if you really own it you dont have to pay taxes on it.
Wake up people and ask the state for the original birth certificate of your child and watch what happens.
