Join your Regional CRIS Network (Vertical)

Anyone can make a referral through the Missouri Home Visiting Referral System by using the CRIS Link to submit a referral online through the Regional Coordinated Referral & Intake System (CRIS) Network in your area. There are five Regional CRIS Networks in Missouri and each one is managed by a state-funded Collective Impact Site within its region.
Select your county to find the Regional CRIS Network and referral form for your region. Once a referral is submitted, the Regional CRIS Network will assign the family to an early childhood home visiting program (prenatal to five) based on the family’s needs and eligibility, and the program’s capacity.
The assigned home visiting agency will then contact the family to tell them more about their program and offer services.
