I think they want economy to be comfortable enough that you dont go with another plane but not comfortable enough so you upgrade to first or middle class

Just flew on a delta flight, there was actually a lot of legroom
Legroom is excellent as long as you are 4 feet and under
yeah only 31 inches max.
Feels like I'm watching a Delta commercial which I'm not mad about I fly with them 95% of the time
I haven't ever flown with them, but they seem pretty good.

I also use Delta most of the time. I have never encountered any issues with them. Plus, their Sky Clubs are pretty decent.

I agree with u but like I wish there was a few with four seats especially in like the overseas flights because if I'm flying with my family I don't want to be sitting across the aisle of them with some random strangers

There are three class: Business class, economy class, and baggage class where people like me who cannot afford the ticket will be thrown in the luggage compartment.

United already had a similar business class seats with their Polaris but the privacy door is something different

This is basically a 7 and a half minutes commercial for Delta. Maybe they should also talk about how airlines try to cramp as many people as possible into a flight so that they can make as much money as possible out of flyers
That's just the free market in action. The 40 or so seats in the business cabin make more money for delta than the 220 seats in economy.

I was on flight before where there was still some random seat open for any reason. and hearing planes go 400 mph is crazy, now i know why they adjust wings and all early and by chance skid on runway cause sometimes land too quick and so try slow down plane some so not have things go wrong any.

Right, but they committed to retrofitting the 777 almost 5 years ago, then in 2020 COVID came around and has changed their business drastically. Its not like they planned to retire them immediately after the retrofit... You're being a little disingenuous.
As a regular size Asian male (178& 5’11) , I found myself barely fit Delta Economy seat since 2019. Thank for the innovation Delta..... Now I choose Alaska and AA .

Good job! I'm always impressed by the engineering and generally love to fly! (though 6 hrs plus gets tougher).
Y'all should completely redesign the cabin so each passenger has like a coffin-like area to sleep in. Obviously not as claustrophobic as a coffin but you can cram more passengers into a plane and the passengers are more comfortable. Win. Win

Victor Ā you would also have to take into account the weight, more weight means more fuel consumption, more fuel consumption means higher costs for the airline which will increase ticket prices

All that she told is generally already adopted by most airlines for some time now... except middle east, rarely we find b777 with 10 seats in row, most of them are 9. Touch and tilt screen is long existent.
That’s not true... most have 10 to a row. Delta, Turkish, Korean, Air India, Asiana and maybe a few others have 9.
Qatar, Emirates, AA, United, Air Canada, Philippine, Air China, Air New Zealand, Alitalia, ANA, Austrian etc etc, all have 10 in a row.
9 across *used* to be the norm, but many airlines added an extra seat in the past few years to increase capacity and revenue.
Im excited for what they will do business class.

I used to reconfigure, refuel and wash DOE airplanes at Ross Aviation. Tested for A&P and the practical was taken next door at Robertson Aviation.

You should update or upgrade your planes to half seats and create more room. People now are exposed to higher stress and higher anxiety levels. If you want to succeed in the near future and lure more customers, you must reduce number of seats and make it look more roomy!!
I remember when the headset cords were made of rubber tubes like straws so the sound could travel through it, the same same science of a string and two tin cans.

I always choose comfort+. It seems as though these seats are inching closer and closer to each other. Pay extra for more room and maybe a bag of chips. However, I've found American has more legroom in their version, especially on the 787.

The honest title of this should be “How airlines stuff as many people as they can in one airplane”. The fact that the leg room in most economy class planes is less than my local bus tells you something.
