What's so poignant is he lived better than 90 percent of the population- now, he'll be living like the bottom 5 percent . Unbelievable to me .
Almost feels like he practically died. Such a profound drastic change, it feel like he just passed safe for the fact we are still hearing his voice

@@kathygrosvenor4464 they didn't see Dan as human at all he was just a nuisance NPC in their lives to be erased. It didn't even occur to them the ripple effects this would cause murdering him. All Donna cared about was having Wendi and the boys back under her roof.

It's just what I expected
I don’t understand how someone with a seemingly nice life thinks it’s ok to end someone else’s life. There’s definitely something wrong with that family. Collectively, 6 or more families were ruined (Donna and Harvey’s family, Charlie’s family, Wendi’s family, Ruth and Phil Markel’s family, Sigfredo and Katie’s family and Rivera’s too) and it changed the future entirely in a negative way.

It's a tad smaller than this place, more like a jr studio. Very cozy! It has a big yard, and is chock full of outgoing neighbors, perfect for his partying bachelor lifestyle!

Just a sad, heartbreaking situation. He traded his luxurious lifestyle for 3 hots and a cot inside of an 8x8 jail cell. Those precious little boys lost their daddy, their uncle, grandparents and granny A . Most likely the mom Wendi will also be charged at some point.

Just utterly mind blowing that he had all that and threw it away. I have to wonder if they felt invincible or didn’t like anyone getting an upper hand on them. I can’t imagine it was just simply so the kids could move closer to the grandparents and it was a bad divorce.

I think Wendi was very adept at manipulating others and her family to get what she wants. I'm sure she knew exactly how to press her mother's emotional buttons. They're all so very evil.

My ex lives in home somewhat similar near Tampa… I can definitely say it would NOT be worth my peace to have remained with him…I’ll take my small home located much further north

Thank you for the video!!! I stumbled on your channel because I am intrigued with this case! I can't believe this family would throw everything away they worked so hard to achieve!! On another note since I am a Realtor in Arizona it caught my eye immediately when you said there was a tour of the home. I was curious as another RUclips had done a tour of the family hot spots and the outside of the home and I thought this isn't a home of a dentist who makes I believe he said 2-3 million a year. Once I saw your tour I believe the house is nice and has potential but out dated and did not have a homey feel with kitchen downstairs etc. Maybe the is a Florida thing with homes by the water I don't know. I expected the home to be totally updated if this is where he brings a lot of women over and I assumed he is a party boy still at 42!!! I know this is long however I really love looking at all the details of homes!!!
As a single person, you don't want the upkeep. Homes that are maxed out are usually because there's a woman living there as well.
for one thang, the house has had numerous & tremendous updates--you oughta know that if you're a realtor pffftt! 🤦♀️ anyways...you also oughta recognize the house style that is commonly called a split level--something popular back in the 70s-80s... although it needs a few more improvements, i'm impressed! the smooth surface (prolly granite!) countertops throughout, an industrial-sized fridge, an adjacent bar w/ beer & wine coolers, the wooden floors, wooden ceilings w/ large beams, nice wooden stairs inside, high-end interior wooden doors, gorg tiles in bathroom tub showers, attractive landscaping, a pool, very nice walkways, patios, & driveway (but was there ev'n a garage?!), the obviously very new dock which made the waterway easily accessible extended the entire width o' his lot/property/yard, nice outdoor patios in the back w/ an awning that can be extended, nice windows & doors, i could go on & on...howev, i wasn't impressed w/ the small closets (ev'n though they contained updated wooden shelves & newer doors) nor the relatively small bedrooms...i absolutely loved the many palm trees and oth'r landscaping aspects i'm curious what the property looks like @ night (outdoor lighting & oth'r accents 🤔)...personally, it's far better than anything i've EVAH owned err could EVAH afford and lawd KNOWS i'd mos def n-joy livin' there! 🥰

Same here! First time to see this channel…Plus, I think the “family” aspect of this crime drew me in. My favorite things…the exterior…backyard on the canal…and the wood ceilings. Outdated baths and kitchen…Too heavy and dark for Florida…doesn’t match the exterior. Think it just has bad ju-ju for me since Charlie owned it! 🤪 Great job filming and thanks so much for posting! 💖

It is beautiful , in the day ( 80s ) Tortuga area was considered one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Lauderdale..its charming , simple open floor plan which appears plenty of square footage . Great to see that updates were current with this place in time.
I was expecting the interior to be basic untouched original build , as that more reflects his style .

CA owned rental properties. They may be liquidating his inventory for obvious reason. CA's primary residence was on Whale Harbor Lane, Ft Lauderdale since 2006ish. He said he bought it after graduating dental school in 2006. In a jail house call he revealed him" not following his gut": flee was one reason is he loved his house so much and couldn't leave it. In a recent episode, STS shows the house on Whale Harbor lane and talks to former neighbors. Which ever house, it's a tragedy to take someone's life and he is where he belongs.

I love the way her voice gets a little softer when she says, "well. I filmed it" as if she was afraid of being overhead. I was charmed by that. My God, in the city where I live, that house would sell for a lot more. It's a beauty. There were some tacky things in there, though, that marlin on the wall...that 'sculpture' at the fromt door. For all of his money, the man had no class. That bed would have to be gone ... I don't even want to think about that.

Don’t take me wrong the back of the house is amazing and I love seeing the boats and gives good vibes but inside of the property it’s all really outdated and the kitchen layout it’s not right at all. No walking shower… I have no idea how much would that house cost in American dollars but I would not buy it.
I thought this house was a rental and that he had been living around the corner in the house on Whale Harbor, a much shabbier house 🤔

I really like the house. I hear people say they don't like it but with a little decorating, it would be great! I don't really think the price is all that bad either in this market today. I noticed the place cut out in the bottom of the closet. Do you think it could have had a small safe there? It just goes to show you how quickly you can mess up your life along with a lot of others when you are too full of yourself and possibly just not thinking. This is sad all the way around. Whenever I see someone who throws their, seemingly amazing, life away in a fit of rage, I’m awestruck by the kind of passion that it would take to move a person to do something so heinous. It’s even more vexing that this man didn’t do this in a fit if passion. They planned it out to the letter. I’m sure that his only regret is that he didn’t come up with a more well thought out plan. I think he would take Dan’s life again without question.

For being your first video showing this home, and the music. You did a amazing job. I can't imagine having this beautiful home and everything else around it. You did this awful crime and threw it all away. No more beautiful Asian women, taking hot showers after being on your boat, sleeping in a nice comfortable bed. I can't wrap my head around this. All this and it's gone forever. Charlie will live a terrified life behind bars. Being locked up with men only, that alone would drive me to go insane. No more soft beautiful women next to you. What a waste to give this up for your sister's divorce.
