With this video I’m launching the series #sambofromzero , 12 week preparation - how to learn to Sambo wrestle. In 12 weeks anyone who wants can develop main skills for Sambo wrestling.
In these videos I recommend what to do three times a week:
    1. 5 minutes of stretching
    2. 20 warm up
    3. Technical skills .
    4. GPP for Sambo
    5. 5 minutes of stretching
    6. Shower

I love this series but can you post a link where to buy a practice dummy. Thanks

Hip and shoulder throws are great. They even work on the street. Btw. your dummy seems to be fairly light. Mine weights about 35 kg. What do you think is better? A light dummy or a heavy one?

A lot of coaches say a lighter one, easier to get in more reps with good form.

Depends on what goals? Better, of course, to work out on a sparring partner

@@IvanVasylchuk_silapartera I don't have a sparring partner. At least not one in my weight class (heavy weight). My goal is to work on technique while developing the needed muscles. But right now I think about buying a lighter dummy.
