So true! I feel so sorry for kids that i have seen on youtube that do not have mothers or fathers that value creating a clean and inviting cozy home. It doesn't cost anything to be clean and i have found amazing finds for free and cheap on craigslist or Facebook marketplace. So there are no exscuses!!!

Absolutely beautiful. I'm in the UK and seasonal decorating isn't a 'thing' over here really, we do Christmas but nothing any other time a part from decor aimed at children for easter and halloween, so after discovering youtube channels that showed you all decorating I was hooked! It's a little hard to find certain pieces but I enjoy the hunt 😁 I've decorated for spring and easter, my flower colours are pastels and the rest of decor is mainly white, I have my tulips from amazon too, they are beautiful. 💖💖💖💖

I like your approach, that why not enjoy things just as they are, even if they are not ultimately your style or colors. I think the media builds up perfection too much and if we all have to wait for perfection to enjoy life, then we've all missed a lot of joy in life!

All of it is beautiful. You shouldn’t be intimidated by the cabinets. They go so well with the house.

You are so right! Decorating is also very therapeutic for me, especially in the spring! I use tulips, daffodils, hydrangeas, lavender and lilies in my spring florals!

Your new home is really coming together nicely! i love the farmhouse simplicity of a few florals, a white piece of dishware, a nest and some bunnies here and there. it says Spring but doesn't scream Easter .
Beautiful! You have a great eye! I made two floral arrangements both spring color floral. One arrange. was in a glass vase, the other was in a flower garden oval tin. I always love all of your decor, but I think that the simple white pitchers with the white tulips, and the white hydrangeas, are my absolute favorite spring decor this year. I love it! I like to decorate with real things - so most of my springdecor are real eggs - from different dugs, quails .. mixed with some ceramic eggs, some with stripes or dots and very nice wood eggs .. some Nests and a few bunnies. And I needed some colour this year: turquoise (my favourite colour) and a little bit of pink. Also I have sewn some little birds. And I only use real flowers. I´m looking forward to pick them in my yard. And I´m looking forward to your kitchen reveal! Love from Germany ♥

As always....I loved it all. Such great spring decorating ideas. You mentioned wicker chairs. Lauren Romanick has some beautiful wicker chairs at her dining table. Not sure if you follow her, but just wanted to let you know.
I love all of your decor. And the dining room rug is stunning. Do you ever feel the memories this house holds? Sometimes when I’m in a older home, I swear I can feel the love that settled within its’ walls. What a lovely home.
Love your decorating compared to all the youtubers, in that you use some different woods, and love the darker trim around the windows, compared to white. Hope you leave it that way, as it definitely is the true design around the era you’re going for. Most people don’t have that option, as it’s very expensive. Down the line someday you will just have to have it restained . Please keep the darker wood and accents. It’s so beautiful, and looks like the real times of the house. Perfect girl! These other youtubers always say they want it warm and cozy, and you can’t get that look with all white. It’s very cold and sterile looking. Good luck.
