    Love the new drag pack, looks sweet. Instead of replacing the factory springs with new springs, you should look into a coilover conversion, Atomic Fab and Performance makes some killer kits. I have the longish travel kit on my 01, huge upgrade over factory torsions and springs. Glad to see this thing finally getting closer and closer to making its way to the track and to hooking up on the street.

    What if you built an integrated custom intercooler inside the tailgate? Run the lines along the frame rails, come up through the inside of the bed near the tail lights, can still run fans and shroud so it can pull air at idle. The airflow from the top of the cab to the tailgate usually catches air anyways and would be a very ideal and efficient way of cooling and minimalize the crammed space upfront. Would look very different and aesthetically pleasing.

    Taylor, my dude....
    I for one, will always be back. Your content is some of the most motivating and inspirational content in the motorsports arena. I started due to the Fummins and Miata and been watching ever since.
    Something I was thinking is maybe bring the ride height at the frame up a bit and lower the body to the bottom or near bottom of the frame rail. That'd probably too deep a rabbit hole for a street truck though. I do think you're going to need a set of stiffer springs and yeah, those pizza cutters could do with being a couple inches bigger. A four link properly set up would also drive the tires down, lifting the bed on acceleration instead of allowing it to squat. Just some observations. Great content as always brother, keep killin' it.

    That year Chevy with that style camber adjustment and Caster adjustment Once you adjust either, it throws the other off. So an alignment machine Would definitely be a big help because you have to get the sweet spot on both which you can. Most alignment shops don't take the time to do it because it takes a little bit more time than other alignments. But a good alignment guy can get it done, no problem. You can probably get the sweet spot without an alignment machine.

    • @brandonhaywood3391
      @brandonhaywood3391 5 месяцев назад

      The secret is to leave it at ride height. Put the air Jack on it on the alignment machine. Leave both of the adjustments fingertight when adjust them swap back and fourth until you find the happy medium and you can get them both 0 or wherever they need to be don't take there lies its maxed out if so you can still get pretty close. I never had a problem with it.
