Lord Filth's power is never ending. It was all a trick, he saved his best vocals for his later years to blow our fuckin minds.
Damn they play great nowadays, really respecting the song! As an old Cradle fan this almost brings some moisture in my eyes.
Finally they have a Keyboard player that's actually into the music
She was a big fan of Cradle of Filth before she became part of the band.
Her old band was called Mary and the Black Lamb.
Hopefully she will join them full time

I remember crowd surfing to this on the Cruelty and the Beast tour. Probably the best song from that album followed closely by Beneath the Howling Stars.

Wow, his voice is in shockingly good shape considering how long he's been doing this.
i'm pleasantly surprized, i was pretty much convinced that by now he would never sound decent live anymore, but this is pretty good.
fair play to Martin. he does a VERY good job of recreating Nick's chops and fills that he played when doing this song live rather than doing his own thing or the album version. respect indeed for his proper predecessor.

dinedine79 Absolutely! No doubt about that, I just enjoyed Lindsay here very much, she did justice to it in a live setting (which to be fair, Sarah wasn't always able to do even though her studio work remains untouchable)

Sounds good but not a patch on the Anstis/Barker/Eaglestone/Smith/Pyres version from Live at the Astoria back in '98.
Don't get me wrong, i love the band as they are now as well, but i wish I could go to a Cradle gig with the original bandmembers . Dani, Paul,, Adrian, Sarah and Martin ( With James on guitar and Dave on bass)!

Paul had what they are calling a "Family emergency" and James is in the hospital for neck surgery so they both had to sit out this tour. I forget the names of their replacements, but I don't think it's Galder.

All Cradle of Filth has to do is go back to the guitar-harmonies (á là Iron Maiden) type of composing. Leave thrash to the thrashers, you know what to do and this concert is one proof that the potential is all there!!

Angry sighing and asthmatic wheeze-singing over anemic guitar riffs and uninspired drum tracks. I should hate it but I can't. It's too much fun to listen to and they're obviously enjoying themselves. I just can't fault them. Even though the music is awful.
