Thanks to you I just got my flare 2 in the mail today. It’s crazy how much noticeably better the sound quality was when I used your custom eq. Keep up the Great reviews! Try comparing some of the big guys like motion boom to the ue megaboom 3
On the flare2 at 100% volume turn off bass up and raise the bass in the equalizer. It should go louder and controlled at this point. With the bass up on the DSP tries to keep it from distorting. I also noticed that on my rave neo that when I engage the daisy chain button it cleans up the sound slightly.
i wonder why you have gone for those 3? the flare 2 is nice sure, not great but nice but its a 360 speaker, is that what you want? w3 again is ok but great for factor for travel. flip 5 for on axis is ok but theres better value out there. at the price level there is the soundcore boost, uboom l, masound plus, motion boom. if its a small for factor you want the mifa wildrod is close to the flip 6 for less money.

I need the speaker mostly for indoors and some travel, and I like the lights of the flare 2 which is why I was considering it. What would you suggest among these options? Also, the tribit maxsound plus and Tribit stormox fit are options as well, but I've heard they are not too good on bass
20 watts... as a alternative for outdoor speakers i just order two Tribit Micro to use them in stereo on hiking trips. They are rated 9 watt each so as a stereo pair its comes to 18 watts. Can't wait to test them out ..
Please, if you don't mind update us the battery life by volume once you have them. It would be much appreciated.. I am considering two tribit in the near future as well. I currently have the bose micros but I heard the tribit sounds better. 😊

@@alanrossreviews Well after just a brief listening... If I compare them to Jbl charge 3 they win in therm of clarity but can't mach with bass. We need to keep in mind that they are very small... But can really reproduce quite decent bass. If right position about 1 meter from the listener then they quit nice. More testing required...

Your review was so good I had to buy one however when I checked out the Canadian Amazon site I noticed that you could buy 2 for 89.99 cad (just under 55 pounds) that came with a $20 coupon which brought the price down to $79.09 (just under 48 pounds) they are amazon renewed so if there's something wrong I can always return them but I'm hoping that they sound great & the lights work properly 😜 Keep up the good work with these top notch videos I look forward to seeing the next tribit stormbox micro 2 video the micro 1 is arguably my favourite speaker in my collection along with the motion + and the recently added xsound mega

@@uniyalgaurav flare 2 is not amazing, it is nice. Latency is very device specific so experiences will vary. neither are awful but wont be lag free. motion plus is different league to flare 2.

I will miss the led lights and cool look of flare2, (soundcore motion plus could have looked prettier, but its ok), I can buy some additional lights to fulfill my light with sound desire. alan i get rit off my vifa helsinki it destorts with the bass already on low volume vifa said and tested it and say the speaker is just unable deep bass. it's not a problem for them so as your voice is perfect from this speaker bass is not so bye bye vifa.....what should I buy next alan😊👈

I don’t know if it’s just me but after listening the SONY XB 23, 33, 43 for weeks non stop, the Megaboom 3 sounds as if there is a thin layer containing the bass at max volume. But I do actually like the magic button and the over use of the Megaboom 3. But I with the SONY XB33 was a360 speaker !!!
they sound quite different, the boost has a better quality bass. the flare 2 is 360 speaker so depends on how you listen. boost will only sound good from the front.
You know, playing audio speaker comparisons are totally useless to the viewer/listener, unless they are listening with the exact same speaker. I'll never understand why people do that unless it's just to boost viewing minutes.

im told the mega will get a firmware update to make it work with the app though i guess it will be a manual upgrade since the app doesnt work.

no they just fire in more directions so you actually get less of a soundstage in pure stereo terms.
