It's too bad that so much time and money has to be spent to challenge all these infringements in court. Legislatures simply won't follow Bruen but they expect us to abide by the law when they're ignoring SCOTUS.
I give to FPC pretty regularly…what I’m noticing in Illinois is that a lot of the very big gun clubs are still requiring their members to donate for gun rights…the problem is that many of these giant gun clubs are still giving that money to the NRA. I think there needs to be a huge push in information to these groups and clubs to switch those donations over to organizations that actually fight for our rights.
Do these clubs still use the "NRA Affiliation" excuse? I know that was commonplace in the late 70s through the 80s.

Law enforcement is the standing army our founders warned us about. Name one time in United States history where law enforcement stood with the people against unconstitutional laws... they haven't, but they have no problems killing you enforcing those unconstitutional laws.

If they do that, then guns can be sent direct through the mail. If everyone is a dealer you don't have to go to the store.
Yes, but there are a lot of rules that apply to dealers such as record keeping and inventory inspections. That means the ATF can come to your house unannounced to inspect your home inventory.
There are also States, like CA, who don't allow home dealers. You must have a commercial storefront and 24/7 & 2 year video retention of inventory that makes it financially impossible for an average person to be a casual home dealer.
Plus the whole registration thing.
Just another roundabout way to establish the registry and then confiscation attempt! Good luck with that 💯

Our Constitution is our highest law, federal statutes and treaties must be within the parameters of the Constitution;[3] that is, they must be pursuant to the federal government's enumerated powers, and not violate other constitutional limits on federal power, such as the Bill of Rights.

Erich has more clarity and understanding of political strategy than Eric usually does. As Erich pointed out, who would you prefer to appoint Clarence Thomas' successor, Biden or Trump? I'm not fan of Trump, but contrary to Eric's usual comments, both parties are NOT the same. Democrat voters and polticritters are overwhelmingly anti-2A. Only a small number of Republicans are. If you care about the 2A, vote against those RINOs in primaries, then vote R in every general election.

The national government does not have any rights. None. Rights are limits to the exercise of power of the national government. The national government has only enumerated powers, not rights. Rights are ours. It's important to stick to the correct words, they misuse these words deliberately to confuse our thinking.

This new gun dealer "rule" really bothers me. With the various descriptions I have seen, it sounds like just having a collection could be twisted into evidence against you.
