I thought it was from dance hall racket, but if you've watched it through and couldnt find it then it must not be in it sadly. I just had a look at the project file from this song and heaps of the audio files i used are missing (since the song is a couple years old) but the files that are missing include that voice sample which is a bummer :( so im not sure where its from now, sorry about that...
