I'm in 11th grade and I've been having problems playing low notes on my trumpet no matter how much i practice. This video helped me a lot, Thanks
You’re welcome😄👍🏾
Dude I really like what you do on here. I started playing 19 years ago and spent many years out of practice. Im diving back in now and your videos have really helped me get back to where I was! Thank you!
from a sax player who approached low notes like there's a reed on the trumpet, thanks!
I been playing the trumpet I don't have no teeth the upper on the bottom only have five teeth that I was doing fine . Now I have all my bottom extractions done all of the five now been pulled out I don't have no teeth now my mouth is sore . Now not doing too great a little wind through the horn not a even sound . how long is it going to take for my mouth to heal. is it going to take about 6 months for me to get back to the trumpet that's what I think is going to take for my mouth to get back to shape to normal . That I've been watching your videos and you are a great teacher .
Quality as always
Very informative stuff!
Thank you!
How can I sustain my double g and also expand my register? I've been for few years now but I have not been grade myself as a trumpeter only because of issues like this. Help
Notes above C above the staff can be tricky. Expand your register by making sure you practice up to those notes on a consistent basis. Play up there using scales, arpeggios, etudes from books like "Top Tones", and actual music. Im also assuming you have a good understanding of tongue level, breath support and knowing hot to properly practice and warm up.
Here before the 6 year olds start saying first
