    Literally translated, it means "candy of milk" or "candy [made] of milk", aka Milk Candy. Its like caramel. :)

    Dulce de Leche means "Sweet milk."
    "Ice cream" doesn't have to have actual milk products in it
    to be called "ice cream."
    Why not review Thai food? or sushi from a well known place?
    "At McDonald's, we do it all to you..."
