note :- wanderer timer at 0:17 is a editing mistake the real wanderer time is 9.93 seconds not 11.10 seconds and the only food used in video is 20% crit rate for more accuracy .

Not really, Xiao generates a lot of energy with his skills before using his burst and has supports than generate a lot, also not a very high cost burst

@@hoangthaibaonguyen2241 not really especially when killing enemies gives you xp and he has multiple skills that give a pretty good amount of energy, his teammates also generate a lot of energy so realistically you can get away with little to no energy recharge
@@Nine_Guinea_Pigsthis is not correct, xiao has energy problems and he does not provide enough energy with his kit. this is WHY you run him with a battery support, in the early days it was sucrose even though sucrose didn’t increase his damage it was just to help get his burst. Nowadays it is faruzan who still does not create enough energy before c6. to get enough energy you delay the rotation by another xiao skill reset or build fav on your other characters. Running xianyun nowadays also helps but not everyone has c6 faruzan or xianyun. So it’s wrong to say it’s easy for xiao to get his burst especially for an average player who does not run him with either of these supports
In abyss you don’t kill enemies fast so the energy cost is even higher and harder to get without a support to funnel this energy. you are probably saying it’s easy because you do have these supports. But ask any xiao main (or watch any zy0x guide) and a baseline xiao always runs energy recharge at about 140% ip unless you have faruzan c6 or xianyun or both. Even the developers know this, which is why his c1 gives him an extra skill to be able to reach his burst faster.
@@mavisseafoam his c1 isn’t just for energy it’s also for damage and it makes his c6 stronger, if they wanted they would have given him more energy through that, all they gave him was energy off field

People say shimenawa set and dessert pavilion set are close in dmg terms but i have noticed it's not even near close, dpc is way better for him
i have him c1 on my main with his sig and *BIS* set and c0 on an alt i find shimenawa better on alt as mostly use CA spam at c0 but with the atk speed from set, weapon and DPC pulls ahead and not far behind if just shimenawa in CA soam but pulls ahead with NA spam or N2c combo.
+shimenawa gives u less atk speed, and you do slightly less damage, cant fly for fun, and cant enjoy using your burst

Even tho the times are the same scara is on top because he doesnt need to use his burst for the majority of his damage, is ranged, has better f2p options and is prob the best charackter in the overworkd bc if flying n stuff

@@RR-lh3byI’d have to disagree because of the uptime Xiao has and he is a very needy character. Scaramouche does good damage and has more constant uptime+flexibility. Meta wise, Scaramouche is actually pretty okay and is doable in Abyss. Xiao on the other hand has been said to have “fallen out” of the meta over time because he can’t concur with characters that deal high amounts of damage in a constant time(Childe, HuTao, Scaramouche, Ei, Itto, Tighnari, Alhaitham, Nilou, Nahida, Yelan, Lyney, Miko, Yoimiya, Ayato, Ayaka, Lyney, Shinobu, and now Neuvilette and Wriothesley…this is literally more than half of the 5 stars added after Xiao.
So it seems like doing great constant damage over time >> doing outstanding damage at some periods of times.

Xiao requires burst, and he has a lot of energy problems, bongo head can easily redo this next rotation
Xiao has basically no energy problems in most teams, he can generate a lot with his skills and has supports than generate a ton

No dont use that, the damage he deals will be incredibly low, use blackcliff polearm, it's much better, my faruzan just need a fav bow and 250% er from trash artifacts and it's enough for her burst

If you guys want a more in depth version of Xiao vs Wanderer I’ll sum it up.
Wanderer doesn’t reply on his burst for dmg since he’s a charged atk spammer that’s where most of his dmg comes from plus his burst is usually used a panic attack button / getting more damage in. Xiao on the other hand is plunge atk based character and he relies on his burst for dmg but he gets stronger towards the end of his burst but a C0 Xiao is far better than wanderer since xiao’s burst boost NA , CA , and PA dmg but both are equally good.

Absolutely Xiao , he might have energy issues (not for me) , i know sometimes he is not flexible as scara in abyss , I have both of them , but the fun and amount of satisfaction is already so much than scara run, probably I will end up c6 ing xiao as f2p , right now i have a c0r0 xiao
In case of damage output both are great, scara having an advantage over single target , and xiao being the conqueror when comes to multiple enemies 🔥
But if somebody looking for an easy anemo dps you can choose Scara afterall

For goblet you can go either pyro or hp perc, circi crit/hp perc.. Just give him the whichever has better substats

Widsith procced Aria (♫) wich gives 96% bonus dmg, meanwhile his r1 5* weapon gives 48% dmg bonus after fully stacked and only for normal attacks compared to Widsith that is universal (NA/CA/Burst for Scara), so pretty much this video shows kinda what would you get with his 5* weapon (even a little more since is a little less base atk for a lot more dmg bonus). Of course his signature weapon is better since Widsith isn't consistent, has shorter buff duration and long cd, but when is used in the right content is better than most r1 5* catalyst (mostly on other characters that can use any buffs from Widsith and if they have a 10 sec uptime and can clear the content in 1 rotation, or the full rotation is above 30sec for some reason like ER problems/double main dps/semi fast swap team but at that point 5* r1 should be equal or better and the more rotations your dps need with widsith the worst that weapon is), so mostly to speedrun bossess/domains (since having a 30+ sec rotation at abyss because ER problems/double main dps isn't that recommended, reasons why I dont use Widsith at abyss ever unless I am sure I can nuke in 1 rotation).

Honestly, i still dont get it, i have LITERALLY the same build, only i have 180 crit damage, and 2400 damage, same spear even, but i dont deal even 30k, camon, is Faru and Bennet that good buffers so they up damage to 80k?
Yes. Faruzan at c6 is an extreme buffer for anemo characters, but pretty pricey to get her constellations. Second, their Bennett's build was probably good attack which gave a high attack bonus to the character.

I like Xiao more because Wanderer can easily be knocked without a shield interruptingthe rotation unlike Xiao who has increased resistance and can dodge easily

Cloud Retainer is meant for Xiao to make him work with Furina. But I think its still not enough for him to surpass Wanderer as a hypercarry since Wanderer’s C6 is Godly and he also works well with Furina if you pair him with Bennett or Jean. He might not surpass Wanderer’s Constellations but the Healing, Sub-DPS and AoE coming Cloud Retainer and the new artifact set will make Xiao’s team better and a lot more convenient than Wanderer’s team. In other words Xiao’s role in his best team comp is being a team-fighter and Wanderer will remain as a selfish hypercarry - Lore accurate playstyles (Xiao cooperates with the other Adepti and humans while Wanderer is just purely arrogant and abrasive)

Is C0 Wanderer worth it? I'm considering him with childe
I've C0 Childe since his last banner (around 2.5 i guess) without signature wp and ive to admit that it's swhat rlly hard to master his playstyle (riptide yk 💀). His artifacts suck, it took me 5 months to get it at "playable ratio" (50/170). His E skill's CD is literally the thing that triggers me most and even if I run him with his well-built international team comp (Xiangling, Bennett are c6 while Kazuha is C2) his damage output does not really fulfill my expectation. I wouldn't regret pulling for him tho, he is real king of oneshot tbh. If you are an oldbie and wanna try something new, both are good choices. But in case i have to choose one, Wanderer will be the winner 💗

Wanderer is kind of expensive if you want to use him in abyss. He need c6 Faruzan and/or 5* weapon to be able to compete with other s-tier 5*. It not that you can't use him in abyss, it just much harder compare to other 5*.
If you don't get a picture, just compare him to Al-haithem, where you just put 3* weapon on him at c0 + another dendro battery + electro to 36* abyss. Also everyone have Nahida so Al-haithem already got OP support as teammate (c0 Nahida is much easier to get than c6 Faruzan).
