Of all the staff spinning videos I've seen on RUclips, this is the most useful and pleasant to watch. No need for words, or showing off, just flowing movement at just the right speed for learning, not too fast, not too slow. I guess it helps to have a traditional teacher who really knows what he is doing.

I guess it helps if the student is not too stupid

@@chinchang5117 that has nothing to condescending and has nothing to do with it, it is proper to teach slowly and clearly.

I have always wanted to live in the mountains and train as a Shaolin Monk. They don't have anything else to do other than train and become powerful all day. My entire life has been filled with frustration, anger, and stress because of humans and modern society.

It requires a lot of patience you know. They say that for the first three years at the temple, they will just have you sweep the floors and nothing else. It is a test of patience, and if you don't walk away, then they will start to teach you martial arts

@@jayyu8229 Yes if you started from a young age but if you join solely for Kung fu then you don’t need to sweep and stuff
