You can't block someone who's already blocked you, because you can't find them when you type in their name. They have you blocked, so their name won't show up.
Right I just tried. And they didn't pop up because they blocked me first. Sucks. I really want to block them though so they can stop blocking and unblocking me period! lol I really wish there was real work around.
No, you still can block them just type in the exact user account name and when you search it on the "add block list" the user's name will appear. Try it this yr of 2021. Hihi happy New Year! 😊✨🎊🎉

That person didn't block you. His/her account is either deactivaed or deleted.
