Why when i factory reset it.It didn't totally shut it down.its stay on the waiting for download the apps.that is why it is not totally shut down and still consuming the battery.its better you try it on your video the factory reset to see what happen.

Let the device go off, then you can try restarting and possibly do a reset if the initial one didn't fix the problem

My problem is after I did factory reset. Now I csnt shut it down. Im giving my Fitbit to my granddaughter.
Check from the Fitbit app if your Versa 3 is up to date.
If its up to date, connect it to a power source and try shutting it down again
That button is awful so glad to be getting rid!
One of the downsides to the Versa 3, good to know physical button is back on Versa 4
