But still i wanted to spit a small hint: as we agreed the City is located in germany and now you built a football Stadium. Im from germany and i can say, Football isnt very Common round here and in different parts of Europe as well. So oft its still possible id try to replace the Football Stadium with a Soccer stadium

Tips to make everything look better:
1. build slow (don't rush and build slow but more cautious and detailed, think how it would be IRL )
2. Bushes and Trees makes everything nicer (Imperatur oftern uses "Wild Hedge" ,"Sugar Maple #1", "Generic Pine Tree" and "Boreal Pine", ...)
3. Use your terrain. Flat Cities look boring (in my opinion)

I would call the football team Evergreen Buffaloes because the city is quite North American themed and everywhere you see you can find green places and parks, so this name would fit the city's new football team.
You could build a tech center surrounded by offices and a park

It's the Stadium from the Campus DLC, I had a look on the workshop for one similar but there isn't really
