Hi, your videos are always very interesting and made with great care. As an Abruzzese (I'm from Atri) I thank you so much for the publicity you give to my region. If you return to Atri I will be happy to greet you.

They are giving a publicity you will later regret. When too many Brits come to destroy your beautiful Italy, you will be very sorry .
And that your bambini won’t afford to buy any because the Brits, the Norwegians will have invested to make big money, Yes you will be very sorry.
I like the Brits but NOT outside Britain. That’s another story

John Gabriel again.Hello Andrew and Katja.Grazie mille for another wonderful video. My father had a girlfriend from this town.Very scenic area close to Corfinio, Maybe you could do a video of Sulmona and its Confetti factories....all the best.Have they still got the Trout Festival in my home town of Popoli close by?

Thanks so much for your lovely comment, so glad you enjoyed our video. It really is an extremely scenic area. We will get round to filming in Sulmona one day! And, yes they still have the annual trout festival in Popoli although it's been on a much smaller scale due to Covid. Thanks for watching!

Wir hatten viel Schnee hier in den letzten Wochen. Super zum skifahren und sieht auch dann ueberall so huebsch aus! Nur kommt man dann manchmal schwer die Berge hinauf in so kleine Orte!

How’s the Internet speed and 5G phone coverage there ? Looks like a great place to visit for a couple months, but I need to stay connected for work.

Hi Jeff, it really depends on where in Abruzzo. Maybe bigger places like Sulmona probably are a good bet. But then even the small village of San Benedetto in Perillis is having all the tech installed for top coverage.

Hello, I have been living here with my aunt, (santilli, D’ascanio), and personally, data speeds are perfectly adequate for working on a computer. 5g is even better so you should not have any issues working here. I would recommend renting a house higher on the slopes as the data speeds are better higher up. Video calling also is not an issue on cellular and I find there are very few issue calling for work

It's Abruzzo. If you want many peeps around go to the big cities or visit at the most touristy times of the year 😊😍

Abruzzo is luckily not like any of its big brothers or sisters and as a tourist you will never find yourself in a big touristy crowd. Well especially not on one of our tours. That's one of its many bonuses for us

If you come in the summer time from June to September you will find most locals here that live elsewhere in the winter / spring. The most populous time is in august when everyone is on vacation and travels. You can expect townwide feasts in that month as well (family comes and visits relatives for weeks on end while in the Pescara region). Pratola, the town on the base of the valley, as well as Sulmona also are very popular throughout the summer and provide excellent night life. Hope I have helped

Remember, this is a land and culture build by Italians. Not by you.
