I completely agree with every point you've made. The issue for companies like InArt and Hot Toys is that they rely heavily on those initial pre-order numbers to gauge the demand for a figure. If InArt continues down this path, more people will likely reach the same conclusion many of us already have: it's not worth bothering with anything InArt-related. The main problem lies in their communication and the perceived speed of their production. It seems like they're trying to rush out releases to create the illusion of high productivity and competition, but the reality is far from it. Take The Batman figure, for example-it was released five months ago, and as of two months ago, only about 10% of orders had been shipped. Since then, there's been complete silence on when the remaining batches will ship or what percentage of completion they're at. - Buyers of The Batman are rightly frustrated because there have been two more releases and hobby lobby bases, yet they've heard nothing about their orders. - Aragorn buyers are equally annoyed, with another release and hobby lobby bases happening while they've also received no updates. - People waiting for the Harry Potter figure are aware that previous releases haven't even shipped, and now they're seeing InArt focus on these side projects like diorama bases. InArt is just creating a growing list of disgruntled customers. Their batch system, the influencer/VIP batch, and the slow pace of production are a mess. It leaves a bad taste for those of us who have purchased their products and heard nothing. I have no issue with Will personally, but for us and many others to be waiting for The Batman while Will is unboxing Harry Potter? That's a total misstep by InArt in my opinion. InArt's slow delivery of their figures is problematic because it frustrates customers and undermines trust. When pre-orders are delayed with little communication, buyers feel neglected, especially when new products are announced before previous ones are fulfilled. This leads to dissatisfaction and a loss of confidence in the brand. If InArt continues with these delays and poor communication, it risks alienating its customer base, which could result in long-term damage to its reputation and business.
This needs more pins than Pinhead. Very well said!! Inart reeks of incompetence and are truly their own worst enemy. Talk about not reading the room and doubling-down.
I think most people threw in the towel with hot toys without thoughts. Inart came in, and everyone started throwing money at them and complaining about hot toys when it came to not enough releases. The reigning king delivered. Competition is good, but only when it's with two companies that can stand toe to toe with one another. Inart got nothing on HT and or sideshow policies.
I was laughing at those who said Hot Toys was done. They're over with! They suck! And the list goes on.... InArt releases 1 figure (Joker) at the time. And somehow people thought InArt was king! InArt has many years to go and many figures to release before they can officially compete with Hot Toys.
I learned a while ago to stop being a beta tester for these companies.. rather wait for them to perfect their products and establish themselves before I even consider jumping in anymore.
Excellent Awesome video. Completely agree. Love that you have the balls to say "ENOUGH." You will feel better not being strung along while listening to the apologists.
I never cared to go a level above Hot Toys. Prices for EVERYTHING today are ridiculous (groceries, gas, housing, premium toys). Hot Toys prices are bad enough. I probably won't get Chewie (1. It's too expensive & 2. It doesn't look that good to me). I have no desire for Hot Toys' artisan line either. I don't need rooted hair, I'm not about to do hair work for my toys. I say this as my opinion, but what it's done is allow me not to stress about all this when Inart releases a rock one day. I stress enough about shipping costs and delays and worse quality across the board with toy manufacturers as it is!
We all need self control. Being a moderate collector I am quite happy with what I have got. My jaw drop every time I see so many of you having rows and rows of Hot Toys.
I came to this decision myself after Gandalf coming in with a bent sword and hands that didn’t work, my Batman and Bruce set had one of the mouth plates with a big black line on it, dye transfer from the hair on the sculpt, and the Bruce Wayne base didn’t open at all. Then I received two separate Aragorns and none of the hand went on either of them (something Will also had) and the base was broken on the second one I received. John always yapps saying figures take so long because they want to focus on qc yet their qc is dog shit so I’m done with them completely.
@@Christiancoduti Gandalf looked great but mine came with a defective right gripping hand (misplaced magnet didn’t allow it to peg into wrist) and another hand with no magnet at all. Throw in a base with weak magnets - that’s not good enough for such an expensive line. I’m waiting on the rooted hair Aragorn but I may tap out on InArt after that
I get you, I ordered the gandalf 2 years ago through a local shop. They didn't hear anything from inart since then, and I was sure it wasn't coming anymore, until last week when the store finally got their pre-orders in. Even though the figure is amazing and better than I've ever seen from HT...I can't deal with this uncertainty if I'll actually recieve it for every single figure I would order.
I'm actually good with a long wait if that's the case. It will help me to recover and save up for it as I'm being slammed with all my Hot Toys pre-orders all coming in at the same time. 😂💸
drop a like people so this video can get out there and inart feels the heat under there ass. wtf is this Dwayne johnson the rock. this like a slap knowing people are waiting. they should be calling the places we ordering from and inart ship to them enough leaving them last is ass. wish you could have has the batman keco but it is what it is. couldn’t agree with you that is ass. something wrong through because I didn’t preorder and bought it from overseas and was picked up from inart made it to me in 2 weeks rooted batman. So yea idk what’s going on. Some people do be ordering a lot more than 1 and reselling for crazy prices I think they should not allow more than 2 per, just saying. Thanks Keco for your video and opinions being a voice and different.
Ah brother, you are the one reviewer that I sit down and listen to every word. I actually think it’s very liberating to be able to walk away from a company because of their practices. Many a times, people complain but still buy from a company just because they produce a product they can’t say no to. Clearly Inart started strong but needs to address their practices. They had good customer communication in the past and frankly, I was impressed with their Heath Ledger Joker. They also clearly forced Hot Toys to up their game. But now, they need to sit down and very seriously address collectors’ valid grievances otherwise they will lose their goodwill from earlier victories. Frankly I hate monopolies and Hot Toys shouldn’t be allowed to rest on their laurels. But this also speaks about our collecting habits. I am also waiting for my “The Batman” figure from Inarts and I sold my Hot Toys release the moment I got it. Do I urgently need it? No. Does the long wait bother me? Not really. And it’s because I am also at the stage of curating my collection and realizing that I have made many foolish purchases in the past and selling them gives me joy and a new found appreciation for the pieces I have displayed. That said, Inarts shouldn’t foolishly keep adding to their plate when they haven’t even finished what they already have on it. I’m just glad that after The Batman, they aren’t really offering anything I’m interested in. Keep speaking truth, brother. You are very appreciated.
Love the video man! If your paying this much for a premium figure I think that entitles a premium service like it’s ridiculous for them to be this unprepared. Their biting more than they can chew and it shows. A real Icarus flying to close to the sun for me
Anybody else’s headphones only p,aging on the right side for this video specifically? I tested it outside youtube, on other videos etc. it only happens here lol
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 finally!, it seemed like I was the only one who wasn't a fan boy/yeezy hype of Inart I did the same have the purple coat DKJ and wasn't really too impressed I it's face sculpt was better than the DX11 but that's a very old outdated figure 11 years ago or so plus sculpters have come a long way in sculpting from back then. And also the articulation and magnetic feet and base left a lot to be desired. I'm so glad that you are an honest opinionated person Keko you keep it 💯 👌🏼. I always respect the collector that doesn't suck up to get a deal, promotion or something from a company you are the real MVP bro 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽.
There’s people on Etsy that make dioramas like these actually nicer in fact, for a fraction of the money and hey you can actually get it in a few days instead of years like in art does 😂
Personally the QC issues are more annoying to me than the wait. Joker was fine for me but Gandalf came and parts were very loose in box including the headsculpt which was still in its tube but that watery part it’s connected to broke off from the base of the tube and was shaking around. Nothing ended up broken but I was very frustrated by that after an 8 month wait. Has me concerned for my Inart Superman whenever that releases and later ships. They need to package these things better as their unboxing experience feels premium until there’s issues. It is a shame though how I have the standard Aragorn ordered and I know I’m probably not gonna get it in hand this year. I don’t have The Batman PO’d since I went with HT but I feel for those waiting. If I have to wait a year post-release for BvS Superman I’ll be just as frustrated since that’s one of my S-tier characters. Also, I don’t mind the display bases but I agree it dilutes the brand and I think they should’ve started another line like HT did with Hono Studios.
I absolutely enjoy this video. Still waiting on my Batman all in set from Spec. All it took was one broken promise for me to throw in the towel. Definitely agree bro
Thanks for watching man! Nothing good comes from this - good will has expired, and I honestly am not sure a path forward to bring customers back into their good graces.
@@KeCoCollects I meant small jaggy rocks, a handful of which would constitute a diorama not too dissimilar or inferior to that INART accessory - only heck of a lot cheaper.
Yeah, I feel ya. I already canceled all my pre-orders with Inart before this video. Literally canceled it 2 days before this video. I like their products, but the price, the wait, and the disappointments made me leave them. I'll settle with Hot Toys and third party.
I ordered MJ as well and paid in full to get the full promo code discount…. Then I saw your videos and decided to cancel…. And they said I can’t get a refund, only store credit… wtf do I want credit for?! I’m stuck. Never buying from them again. Just hoping I actually get my MJ figure.
People saying that these figures are incredible is fine but I should be the judge of that… I have 7 inart figures on preorder and I have never seen one in real life. With hot toys stepping up their game, I might aswell well cancel all these inart figures. You can’t enjoy these figures if you die of old age before you get them.
This isn't about being entitled or impatient. I'm sick of Inart's defenders (the corporate ass kissers) using those words and blaming collectors. This is about Inart taking the piss. When they, frequently, use the word "released", that tells customers they'll be receiving their orders soon. When videogame and movie "journalists" put out their reviews, the games are usually in the hands of gamers within a week or so, the same goes for films. With Inart, it's only the "influencers" who receive the "released" product. The majority of paying customers are left waiting 5+ months for theirs. This is bad enough in of itself. Inart compound matters further with their radio silence, telling us to contact retailers (when Inart knows the retailers are just as in the dark as us), Inart "releasing" several new figures when they haven't fulfilled their existing commitments, terrible QC, putting valuable resources towards side projects - a rocky base - that relatively few will have any interest in... Hot Toys may not be flawless, but ironically, the greatest achievement of Inart's so far, is to make me love Hot Toys more than ever. TLDR; Prophet Keco is spot on.
Complete fair & balanced reasoning Keco! Don't blame you....I'm on the edge of cancelling my 3x orders (My confidence is running low with InArt now TBH). Thanks for sharing your educated thoughts as always!
Preach on brother! Sometimes you got to prune live branches on a tree to increase growth! It's tough decisions but you have to do what's in your best interest!
The Batch system is a mess. On paper it sounds like it should work, “you are in batch 3, the estimate for batch 3 shipping is XYZ” the problem is we have absolutely no idea what batch we are in, or when these batches actually get released…it’s a pain. Figure wise my Pennywise is absolutely perfect! Also had no issues with my Joker. So they make good figures but the wait time is frustrating.
I completely agree, but luckily it took me zero figures to see the problem with Inart. When they tried to force me to get two Heath Ledger Joker's when I only wanted one. Then I was aware that there was a problem. And I did want some of the other figures but I don't like their business practices. I'm quite happy having none of their figures. Thanks for the video catch you on your next one.
Worst thing is, InArt killed Asmus' LotR line which wasn't great but was servicable and pretty affordable. And they could make some orcs and uruk hai figures as great accessories.... instead they had to move into some anime shit to stay relevant....argh...
Fair enough. Sucks though you won’t be able to get the Michael Jackson but perhaps that may not even make the rounds if they don’t fix the production and distribution issues
Not that long ago I did preorder the rooted hair Bruce Wayne figure from InArt through Spec.. later on I decided to cancel it because I lost interest in the figure.. and thank goodness I did because I’ll be frustrated with the wait just like you are waiting for it to be released when in reality it’s taking too dam long. Also recently.. Keco, as you know I did PO two Harry Potter figures; the Ron and Hermione for my wife, but if this is any indication on what InArt is doing I’m going to have to cancel them and tell her the bad news. PS: As collectors this is how we should vote with our wallets by letting companies like InArt know that these business practices are going to hurt them in the long run and if they continue to make diorama bases and say screw whatever they’re going to promise on delivering in the first place then they shouldn’t exist as a company.
Im new to hot toys. My first official figure is Ironman Mark 3 2.0, and im freaking hooked 😅, im changing from six inches, collecting to 12 inch. I feel like maybe inart gave hot toys a kick in the ass to update the figures so thats great 😆
I bought the Inart dark knight joker because of the hype and now I’m thinking of selling it to get the artisan hot toys one. Justin originally said that the Inart one was the best 1/6 figure ever at the time. (I think it’s carnage) the hype train gets you every time
I still didn't get my Gandalf yet... And regards to third party distributors like Toy Wonderland and Comic Santctorum didn't get my HT Robo cop, and three Spiderman, and Crosshair...plus 8 more figures... I'm with you either Sideshow or Big Bad Toys. I rather pay extra $50 than the risk, stress, and anger money lost.
I'm staying committed to the joker 4 pack and the batman, but unless they change up their practices I can't commit to future projects...which is a shame because I'd love the game of thrones line. This is coming from someone who is a maple leafs fan and a bills fan and has a history of perpetual disappointment and let down, so my tolerance is higher than most.
I’m glad I never ended up getting an inart. I almost ordered the original Joker. But after this and all the crap with ToysWonderland, I’m just sticking with HotToys and Sideshow
Honestly when I saw it definitely felt like it was too good to be true but I understand cause at the time hot toys was complacent. But as of late they have been on fire with their releases.
Some people were just looking for a new Messiah! But he is not the Messiah! He is a naughty boy! That is from the life of Brian by the way. But more or less it is the same issue. People wanted something new that they hoped would be better than what they had at the time. Inart seemed like a good bet so of course they garnered support because people wanted something new, a new way of doing something, doing something better. Not saying that Inart won't improve along the way and I hope they do but to make such a fuss about improving what there is and better quality and rooted pubic hair or whatever and charging good solid money for that and then not delivering, well that is like being drop kicked right in the face.
Good for you KeCo for standing up for the problem despite losing $500 NRD for it, I tired of hearing people say its worth it once you have it in your hand but that's doesn't excuse them being behind on production while still have time to release their "Influences batch" and posting all this photo saying its "coming". Pretty sure those influences would sing a different song if they were the one have to wait instead all the other collector. While we all still waiting for the Batman, they were still able to release all this diorama and this new Wukong figure, but aren't able to delivered the product people been waiting for year and also all this wait still getting QC issue. It seem Inart only really care about Influences opinion instead the whole 1/6 community.
Time to get John on the stream for the break-up post-mortem (or may be the make-up sex if it goes well?) I want to see a one-on-one back and forth with you guys. Too many RUclipsrs are so thrilled to have him on that they forget why he's there and they become too mesmerized to actually have comebacks and ask the follow-up questions. I like John and he's in a difficult spot as the only employee that speaks English, but nobody really challenges this dude. It's just, "OK, well that's understandable." I was there the first time he said they are increasing the people doing the rooted hair, but now? I'm with you Keco...it's time for a reckoning! Even better, get a native Chinese speaker and speak directly to Viper! I want to hear that "use those bodies to plug some holes" to their face, not just from the safety of a livestream. To borrow a line from a recent billion-dollar movie, "Let's F$%%ing Go!!!!
@@KeCoCollects I get that man. I just want to see the showdown. A real challenging back and forth. He might admit some things we've never heard when pressed.
Premium feel of the figures is all good and well. Except that most of us don't have a figure to feel yet. Just blogger photos. Even then, HT blogger photos are still better. Best thing about InArt so far is they have lit a fire under HT. Let's be honest, while they were still King, you could see they were getting complacent. Their announcements the last year or 2 have been bangers.
correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't these bases developed by a third-party and are only being distributed by InArt? Given the rock base seemed to fit well with Gandalf, I'm sure I remember John saying this early on..
I respect your decision dude. Hats off to you for having the integrity to do so. As I’ve mentioned, I don’t have any of these figures so I’m not really affected by it but even so, it pisses me off to see people waiting on things that came prior while they’re out here releasing OTHER figures, influencer batch not withstanding. On top of that they continue to release these rock bases? lol. I know John said what he said about it being under another department of the company or some shit but it’s honestly just a blatant spit in the face at this point. It doesn’t matter if their figures seem to be pretty great and they’re tackling some IP’s Hot Toys isn’t, if people keep awarding their shitty customer service and lack of respect for consumers with this sycophantic behavior, they will never change. #votewithyourwallet
I'm with you Keco, I haven't got any of their figures but the batch system and time it takes to get the figure it's just a joke I rather just stick with Hot Toys.
I so wanted inart batman and Joker, but after seeing deankight333 side by side with hot toys I prefer HT and Justin collection put inart Joker's head, sculpt next to HT artisan and dang HT beat it so bad inart joker head sculpt looked so bad in my opinion
I preordered the three Harry Potter figures, and they will be my first InArt products. If these go poorly for me like The Batman has for you, I will tap out of InArt too.
InArt if they keep doing this to their customers...are done. I have never ordered an InArt piece and never will, I don't need the Headache or Frustration , not to mention being treated like many of their customers...Disrespected. I feel for those waiting and waiting it's not good enough. Money is Money to Collectors and should be treated fairly, Influencer or not...give Collectors their pieces FFS as Keco says ENOUGH is ENOUGH
@KeCoCollects Absolutely Keco 💯% Mate, InArt make great pieces I agree but their Production and Release time to their Customers is a Discrace ... It's not fair that our Money isn't good enough, we work just as hard as anyone else to pay for their pieces and collect as passionately as any one else...yet InArt don't treat us that way...they will never get my Money and I feel for those still waiting, it's BS
.... and the truth will set you free! The only educator who is brave enough to go against the Inart Train. I am with you bro and support what you say 100% Inart are years...decades away from even being mentioned in the same sentence as Hot Toys (the OTC!!!!). Let's be honest and collectors need to be honest.... most people jumped on the bandwagon due to FOMO. But like you KeCo... I am done. My Gandalf... riddled with QC issues. Phoenix Joker.... cancelled immediately once HT announced the Artisan (which was thankfully a quarter of the price of Inart's offering). Inart Batman... what a joke.... The Batman part 2 will probably release before they ship all their figures. Collectors will inevitably start to realise this and be done with Inart. Pre-order any Inart product at your own peril!
Agreed. I really wanted the Batman rooted version. But I researched and realized there is no US distributor here, and it really seems like they haven't figured out the logistics of actually delivering the product to consumers. I went ahead and ordered the HT Batman and I love it and have no complaints. Also the fact that you have to email to cancel an order that hasn't even shipped yet is crazy lol.
I'm rooting for InArt - Hot Toys was getting a bit too self-satisfied and comfortable sitting on its laurels and needed to be challenged IMO - but it really does feel like the company's on the brink. Not being able to distribute freely in North America has been and will continue to be a problem as will an inability to promptly and adequately address concerns, complaints, cancellations and QC issues when they arise.
I know they are new, but if they want a global market, they should have paid for the global license. That's what is hurting them most perhaps -- BUT, if the figure isn't even ready, distribution doesn't even matter
Giving away $500 in NRDs is wild. The company gets free money and still sells your figure to someone else... doesn't seem to do much in the way of "speaking with your wallet" when it's done after you've already committed.
It’s so frustrating how anti consumer they are, seen so many people complaining about them on forums. The ONLY release I’m going to be picking up from them is their Makima if that ever releases, but I have a genuine concern of getting completely screwed over by them. No clue where to preorder for their figs as even their own site is extremely slow.
Keco believe me today only I was thinkingthe same, yesterday I got my Aragorn and it’s amazing, quality is premium and thankfully I don’t have any qc with it… but my batman and bat signal is still pending, and now they released the Harry Potter, people got it and here I am still waiting for my batman and signal, yesterday I also got the same email regarding the rock diorama. I quite inart… thank you not again unless they fix it….
Great arguments. I agree with each of them. IMHO Innart made a wrong decision trying to compete in numbers directly with HT. I would have made limited, high quality releases. Made sure that I can deliver in an appropriate schedule. And, of course, communication is the most important thing. If you have troubles, make them transparent to your customers. The collector will understand and still support you if you are honest. If you are hiding, then no mercy!
I agree with your points. I got scammed with the Joker release-- that's on me but so many delays is frustrating. Now InArt is getting into 1/12 scale. Just some feedback, your videos only have right channel audio.
I think it is great to have discussions about things we really enjoy. I need to know from collectors who have concerns that I might not have taken the time to really think about…I am not gonna lie, I love seeing figures that I am able to get and not have to pay 2nd hand…the delays are a concern, the showcasing of new figures or props is concerning ….
it's been 4 months and i still don't have my Inart's Batman. I posted it on collectors facebook group they all commenting with snarky remarks like "new to collecting?" i'm like guys, you know this is not okay right? We pre ordered the same day with the "influencers" why we must wait way longer for our figure to arrive?
I'll wait years if everyone ELSE is - it's not a jealousy thing, it's just an absurd business model that doesn't breed confidence. It's a red flag that things are not right
You could cancel them all… BUT PO the MJ… if u buy one inart u dont need to buy them all plus u r just “punishing” by not getting him instead of “not rewarding them” 😂😢
So glad I never ordered anything from them.hot toys have made it or if they haven’t I don’t need it till they do. Hot toys is king, and Inart are fund raising to make something someday , mabe😂😂. Sorry to hear all your trouble. Love your channel.
Can't blame the decision. I still never got one. Tho i personally would still love to get that original Joker fig to go with my Hot Toys Bale. Times have been tough tho so i couldn't get that one nor the artisan one Hot Toys is making. I hadn't realized there had been so many problems with them. I'd started to hear more about The Batman.
Ok i got Gandalf to see what the hype was about... figure is fire. I dont even feel attached to the character but have to honest here. On the flip side, for these prices im rather buying statues than a 1/6 figure. That Rock diorama is hot though😂😂😂😂😂

Even though the figure is amazing and better than I've ever seen from HT...I can't deal with this uncertainty if I'll actually recieve it for every single figure I would order.
That's my feeling. Not worth investing the headache in
Next week KeCo will flip-flop and post a shame video; "I've pre-ordered MJ from InArt'.
SHAME SHAME SHAME 🔔
The only InArt figure I’ve ordered is Superman. And I’m genuinely concerned what year it will be before that one ever comes…
Your guess is as good as mine lol
I'm actually good with a long wait if that's the case. It will help me to recover and save up for it as I'm being slammed with all my Hot Toys pre-orders all coming in at the same time. 😂💸
You’ve still got time to become a major influencer, which should ensure you get it at least 6 months ahead regular schlubs.
drop a like people so this video can get out there and inart feels the heat under there ass. wtf is this Dwayne johnson the rock. this like a slap knowing people are waiting. they should be calling the places we ordering from and inart ship to them enough leaving them last is ass. wish you could have has the batman keco but it is what it is. couldn’t agree with you that is ass. something wrong through because I didn’t preorder and bought it from overseas and was picked up from inart made it to me in 2 weeks rooted batman. So yea idk what’s going on. Some people do be ordering a lot more than 1 and reselling for crazy prices I think they should not allow more than 2 per, just saying. Thanks Keco for your video and opinions being a voice and different.
Distribution differences are wild
Like I said, I would welcome any conversation with them to discuss
Its ok KeCo lets just take a deep breath 😂, we understand the frustration.
😮💨😮💨😮💨
I don’t influence I educate, you gotta trademark that bro 💪🏼💪🏼
Working on it lol
big thing you mentioned right there is inart seems like they are accepting defeat with all these hot toy releases like they don’t even want the smoke
I don't want them to go away! Competition makes everyone better - but GET IN GEAR!
Love the video man! If your paying this much for a premium figure I think that entitles a premium service like it’s ridiculous for them to be this unprepared. Their biting more than they can chew and it shows. A real Icarus flying to close to the sun for me
Great analogy
I must be so out of the loop, I didn’t even know inart existed until this video.
Well, they don't really have figures to show for it , so I get that lol
In the world and economy we live in, companies have to deliver what they promise. $500 is a lot of money at the moment. Your points are all valid 🤘
Thanks for watching! I know it's hard for companies too, but they have committed to provide a product. They need to deliver
Anybody else’s headphones only p,aging on the right side for this video specifically? I tested it outside youtube, on other videos etc. it only happens here lol
That's my fault - exported it wrong
@@KeCoCollects you had me snatching an expensive ass headset off my head in utter disbelief 😭 don’t slip like that again please
Your last sentence is my mission statement ✊🏼
There’s people on Etsy that make dioramas like these actually nicer in fact, for a fraction of the money and hey you can actually get it in a few days instead of years like in art does 😂
I've heard about that!
The headsculpt tube is ridiculous lol
I absolutely enjoy this video. Still waiting on my Batman all in set from Spec. All it took was one broken promise for me to throw in the towel. Definitely agree bro
Thanks for watching man! Nothing good comes from this - good will has expired, and I honestly am not sure a path forward to bring customers back into their good graces.
10:40 _...rock dioramas for our consumption._ I took a morning walk in the park. There were jaggy rocks there too.
Nature is full of dioramas
@@KeCoCollects I meant small jaggy rocks, a handful of which would constitute a diorama not too dissimilar or inferior to that INART accessory - only heck of a lot cheaper.
Thanks 👍 for the heads up 💯!!!👌
Doing my part
Yeah, I feel ya. I already canceled all my pre-orders with Inart before this video. Literally canceled it 2 days before this video. I like their products, but the price, the wait, and the disappointments made me leave them. I'll settle with Hot Toys and third party.
I think this will be my journey as well.
You'll get a great figure for sure.. just who actually knows when
People saying that these figures are incredible is fine but I should be the judge of that…
I have 7 inart figures on preorder and I have never seen one in real life.
With hot toys stepping up their game, I might aswell well cancel all these inart figures.
You can’t enjoy these figures if you die of old age before you get them.
Don't cancel anything until you KNOW you don't want it - you'll pay for it later if you do wanna try to run it down later on the secondary market
"Man I hate being right all the time..." - Ian Malcolm, Jurassic Park
Complete fair & balanced reasoning Keco! Don't blame you....I'm on the edge of cancelling my 3x orders (My confidence is running low with InArt now TBH). Thanks for sharing your educated thoughts as always!
ALWAYS do what is best for YOU!
Preach on brother! Sometimes you got to prune live branches on a tree to increase growth! It's tough decisions but you have to do what's in your best interest!
This is the way
It would be helpful to the new collector to show an example of the figures, the Joker, you are talking about. I find visual aids helpful.
Good feedback!
This intro is actually perfect😂
Inart did wake HT up tho in terms of innovation.. credit to Inart for that. Great stepping stone
"It's not you... it's ME" are words id love to hear them say lol
Too many negatives to outweigh the positives right now for me.
Thanks for watching! I'll see ya on the next one.
When you are in the collecting game for a while then you soon learn that sometimes you have to wait for your preorders
Yea
Worst thing is, InArt killed Asmus' LotR line which wasn't great but was servicable and pretty affordable. And they could make some orcs and uruk hai figures as great accessories.... instead they had to move into some anime shit to stay relevant....argh...
I hate it for LOTR fans :(
Fair enough. Sucks though you won’t be able to get the Michael Jackson but perhaps that may not even make the rounds if they don’t fix the production and distribution issues
If Michael is great, I'm sure there are plenty of "influencers" who will sell me one lol
It's a sad reality - but there needs to be some accountability at some point.
@@KeCoCollects 100 percent, I couldn’t agree more.
Im new to hot toys. My first official figure is Ironman Mark 3 2.0, and im freaking hooked 😅, im changing from six inches, collecting to 12 inch. I feel like maybe inart gave hot toys a kick in the ass to update the figures so thats great 😆
I see it as an absolute win!
🤣🤣🤣 The priorities of this company. I’m just hoping they can produce Legolas & Gimli, before their inevitable demise.
I just want them to deliver what's already been promised lol
I bought the Inart dark knight joker because of the hype and now I’m thinking of selling it to get the artisan hot toys one. Justin originally said that the Inart one was the best 1/6 figure ever at the time. (I think it’s carnage) the hype train gets you every time
Hype train is a real thing that no one should ride
I still didn't get my Gandalf yet...
And regards to third party distributors like Toy Wonderland and Comic Santctorum didn't get my HT Robo cop, and three Spiderman, and Crosshair...plus 8 more figures...
I'm with you either Sideshow or Big Bad Toys. I rather pay extra $50 than the risk, stress, and anger money lost.
I'm paying for peace of mind
@@KeCoCollects Thanks for the reply. Yes exactly!
I pre ordered it 2022 😂 put $80 down still don’t have it 🤦♂️
Hello! Me too 🙌🏼
I am with you. I wonder if I will ever get my InArt Aragorn.
Better chance of that one then Batman
I'm staying committed to the joker 4 pack and the batman, but unless they change up their practices I can't commit to future projects...which is a shame because I'd love the game of thrones line. This is coming from someone who is a maple leafs fan and a bills fan and has a history of perpetual disappointment and let down, so my tolerance is higher than most.
I just can't take these Ls in addition to the Bengals letting me down too
I’m glad I never ended up getting an inart. I almost ordered the original Joker. But after this and all the crap with ToysWonderland, I’m just sticking with HotToys and Sideshow
I hate it, but that is probably the safest option
Honestly when I saw it definitely felt like it was too good to be true but I understand cause at the time hot toys was complacent. But as of late they have been on fire with their releases.
People need to do what they say they're gonna do especially in business !!!!
You are correct.
I want them to improve for sure... but I'm not sitting around waiting
Very discouraging for sure
Hot Toys= WWE
Inart= AEW
😂
But do you believe in Joe Hendry??
I come here for a tidelwave of opinions and I am never disappointed!
I love discourse and discussion!
I wish no ill will on them. I WANT to chat with them and understand where they are coming from with their decisions
It is GOOD to be a HT collector right now
They sound like a Scam Company to me.
I hate that so many are feeling this way
Worst thing is it’s true also 10% of Batman shipped wtf they doing I’m not even getting it but that’s shocking
Like, are they building it? Packaging it? Fixing hair?? WHAT IS HAPPENING ! lol
correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't these bases developed by a third-party and are only being distributed by InArt? Given the rock base seemed to fit well with Gandalf, I'm sure I remember John saying this early on..
I honestly don't know - but their distribution resources are definitely being allocated
I love the idea we can buy dioramas but 50 is a bit too high.
Petco is running a special
I have cast my vote
It’s as is I’ll never EVER get my Aragorn 😢😢😢
I'm 2 releases behind 😒
The Aragorn is a let down for me. I canceled mine
I'm with you Keco, I haven't got any of their figures but the batch system and time it takes to get the figure it's just a joke I rather just stick with Hot Toys.
Yes. For now, I'll stick with what has worked for me
I so wanted inart batman and Joker, but after seeing deankight333 side by side with hot toys I prefer HT and Justin collection put inart Joker's head, sculpt next to HT artisan and dang HT beat it so bad inart joker head sculpt looked so bad in my opinion
Each company seems to be improving their joker each time
I preordered the three Harry Potter figures, and they will be my first InArt products. If these go poorly for me like The Batman has for you, I will tap out of InArt too.
According to THEM, things should be smoother for those - so fingers crossed for ya!
Not trying to sound whiny as you know, but things NEED to be better for longevity. Everyone wins then!
Acknowledge the OTC!
The Batman is my most anticipated figure. Really wished I got the Hot Toys version now.
No cancel button is wild lol
I’m out too with The Batman. Feels like only their sponsored influencers seem to get them.
The "normies" out there with theirs are few and far between
I'm rooting for InArt - Hot Toys was getting a bit too self-satisfied and comfortable sitting on its laurels and needed to be challenged IMO - but it really does feel like the company's on the brink.
Here's hoping Jazzinc can pull it off.
The Catwoman does look great though
Giving away $500 in NRDs is wild. The company gets free money and still sells your figure to someone else... doesn't seem to do much in the way of "speaking with your wallet" when it's done after you've already committed.

It’s so frustrating how anti consumer they are, seen so many people complaining about them on forums. The ONLY release I’m going to be picking up from them is their Makima if that ever releases, but I have a genuine concern of getting completely screwed over by them.
No clue where to preorder for their figs as even their own site is extremely slow.
Still waiting on my interview with them. Lol

We don't have to know all the dirty dealings, but we do need to hear something
If it wasn’t for Lord of the Rings I’d be over InArt too. The Gandalf looks amazing though it does have quality control issues
I feel for all my LOTR fans out there
I agree with your points. I got scammed with the Joker release-- that's on me but so many delays is frustrating. Now InArt is getting into 1/12 scale.
Just some feedback, your videos only have right channel audio.
CRAP! I messed it up again. Lol - when I rush to export, I forget to change the default
I respect your decision……another great video
Thanks for watching!
Same here. So far I’ve only got the Joker, and got screwed by TW a Gandalf I never got and out $480.
Ooof 😓
Daamm with that email situation too it’s even worse
Right???? Still waiting
it's been 4 months and i still don't have my Inart's Batman.
It's a red flag that things are not right
I preordered Paul and Aragon after that I’m done so that’ll be about 3 years time
Dune Messiah will be in theatres before Paul releases lol
Just arrived from the live stream 😅😅

Keco spot on. Looks like InArt might be going down the TW aka Toys Apollo road.
I sure hope not
Can't blame the decision.
You should have a chance to score that Joker if you want it for a fair price soon - especially once the artisan ones start arriving
Ok i got Gandalf to see what the hype was about... figure is fire. I dont even feel attached to the character but have to honest here.
On the flip side, for these prices im rather buying statues than a 1/6 figure.
