I am looking for a true wide angle zoom for my a6400. Was very,very little to choose from. The only Sony apsc native lens was old and very unloved. Since Tamron released its own wide angle zoom, to universally rave reviews, I am saving to purchase one.
ya that's a good point Robert. With the APSC crop factor, even the 16-55mm is not a very wide angle zoom lens. The Tamron's look interesting but I have not tried them yet. I was surprised how much I enjoyed using the 16-55 though. I still love my Sigma trio thought!
Is this the lens you use for your North channel. It seems to be a pretty good all around lens. I wish it has a larger zoom but I do appreciate the smaller size.
While I still love my Prime lens, specifically my Sigma trio, this Sony 16-55mm is quickly become one of my favourite lens. What about you?
