@thogden you have to comeback. Sektion12 have a jumping ban because the constrution on Sektion12, dont hold for the fans to jumping. So the atmosphere to this game is good, but with no jumping bans, the atmosphere is much louder and wild :)
Due to the massive pressure on the Sektion 12 stand, we are currently prohibited from jumping, which scars the atmosphere a little. Usually the entire upper and lower stand would be jumping for a good while.

The atmosphere is always intense on derby days.. you chose a good derby.. and also one where both sets of fans where in the stadium.. I have experienced a couple of derbies where there was no away fans.. it just not the same!

Flares, tifos, a red card for the away team, a belting 30 yard free kick banged in by Aalborg a last minute goal for Aalborg to win it and it was fucking nuts in the bars afterwards. An impressive experience so tak Aalborg og tak Danmark.
As a Dane (being fan of neither team), this was a great watch! You should go to the Rhine Derby Fortuna Düsseldorf v. FC Köln when they meet sometime this season in the 2nd German division.
Great game - saw it live too. Nice high-five to FCK coach Neestrup. If he had lost the match, there would probably have been a lot of talk about whether he should get sacked, although he's a great coach! Next time, come watch a European league game. Those evenings can be rather crazy - especially when we're in the Champions League.

Age wise the 2 sides are not even 100 years combined. Both are quite new, as are most clubs in Denmark. Weird way to measure it though, we routinely buy the best players from allsvenskan and then ditch them for not being good enough. Well not all, Hutch and Wendt were brilliant ❤ prolly a few more, but the league is just miles behind in quality on the pitch, salarys and international succes, sadly as the stands are great and attendance way better, copenhagen derby not included. Many teams I Denmark are just from villages and the actual cities like Århus and Odense and currently Aalborg just can't seem to get there. Current champions Midtjylland is from a village of only 45000 people. If your football was better and the kits not sponsor plastered beyond recognition your league would be awesome.

Age wise the 2 sides are not even 100 years combined. Both are quite new, as are most clubs in Denmark. Weird way to measure it though, we routinely buy the best players from allsvenskan and then ditch them for not being good enough. Well not all, Hutch and Wendt were brilliant ❤ prolly a few more, but the league is just miles behind in quality on the pitch, salarys and international succes, sadly as the stands are great and attendance way better, copenhagen derby not included. Many teams I Denmark are just from villages and the actual cities like Århus and Odense and currently Aalborg just can't seem to get there. Current champions Midtjylland is from a village of only 45000 people. If your football was better and the kits not sponsor plastered beyond recognition your league would be awesome.
