Man this is perfect, that explanation with the super slow-mo and paused video of you spiking might just be the secret sauce that makes it click in my brain. I've been struggling with a roller coaster of spiking perfectly one day and subconsciously activating the right muscles, followed by weeks of flailing my arms in the air like I've never hit a ball in my life. Every time I want to give up, you come up with a new video explaining the arm swing a different way and it makes me get back onto the roller coaster to keep trying. p.s. The first time I watched your videos, I joked that the video angle made it look like you barely jumped. But this video shows how high your hops are!
