Once I stayed in a hotel that has floors 1 then 3 is right above then the third floor is floor 5. Walk to the other side of the hotel on floor 1 and it's labeled as floor 2. Then I walked up the stairs and was on floor 1 even though I only went 1 flight. Then I walked up the next flight to the top and i was on 6. The entire hotel is only 3 floors and has no elevator! How could this be!?

Either this hotel has some weird naming or Schindler made a mistake. This would have been a fitting video for April Fools Day.

I don't think it's a mistake. This is the annex of an 8 floor building, & I guess they wanted the 2nd floor of the annex to be the "9th floor."

It's an annex of an 8 floor building, & the 8 floor building has Westinghouse modded by Schindler (because that part's older).
