Yes it is possible but not the conventional way as explained. Some voices (like bass pedal) are made up different patches so when edited, the voices (2 voices that made up bass pedal for instance) would be automatically splitted into different faders. So the volume of each faders would be adjusted to know where the splitted voices are located; after which you can now add your preferred voices to complement the existing patches.
