I get about 37 hours here in Texas with triple digit temperatures using a Jackery 500 and my cfx3 45 dometic when I camp on the beach. Thankfully just using the 100 watt solar panel I bought with it keeps the fridge going the 5 days I stay out camping. I do set the temperature lower than you do. The temperature on my fridge is set at 33 degrees. I like stuff real cold. Sadly the input of solar is limited on the Jackery 500 to about 81 watt on a/c and I get about 68 watts on solar. Because of this I don't let the battery get very low while camping.
I’m not sure, you would maybe get slightly more time out of it, it probably depends on how efficient the specific fridge model is and the outside temperature.
Other than this video for testing purposes to see how long it would last, I always have the Jackery plugged into the car and the fridge into the Jackery so both charge from the car while driving. Then when the car is off, the fridge still runs off the Jackery.
Make sure when camping to set your Dometic fridge to HIGH battery protection, it will last twice as long.
Really appreciate this video! I'm trying to plan my 12v setup and these real world tests are exactly what i need
I’m glad it was helpful!
Excellent test and video. Thank you 👍
Thank you very much! You’re welcome.

It seems like you came up with a good plan!
WoW, thanks for sharing.
Great review. How many watts was the fridge pulling? I have a 500 Jackery as well but I also just bought the 2000 pro
Thanks! I believe if I removed the fridge pulls about 45watts when the compressor is on. The Jackery 2000 pro looks great!
Would a fridge half the size of the forty five liter fridge last twice as long or the smaller units less efficient?

Why don’t you put your fridge directly on the car charger ? Or you do that only when car is on?

@@kateandjosh thank you, i am a truck driver and that will help me set up my fridge. Makes sense.
My jackery and Ecoflow randomly shut off when operating my Dometic cfx 45. Anyone else?
We have never had issues with our Jackery but our Goal Zero 1000x does randomly turn off and isn’t reliable.
How many phone charges can I get from it
I think it will charge your phone 50 times
