Solar Installation Process - 40 Panel Grid Tie with Ground Mount

The journey to solar gets exciting with the process of installation! Follow the journey as we install the ground mount (Sinclair Design Engineering) as well as build the array and wiring. Thankful for beautiful (although very hot) weather.
Our system utilizes bi-facial panels with IG8H (the H matters) inverters. These provide optimal panel production.

Nice job on this installation! I am about to install a similar Sinclair Rack for 48 bifacial panels soon and I was wondering how you've liked the system so far. Is there any recommended maintenance for the metal rack? Grease for the moving parts? Etc. Also, how long did the installation take your contractor? Thanks

Like it a lot thus far. Easy to move. I didn't see anything about lubricating anything, but I went through with fluid film and hit wear surfaces. I figure a little protection won't hurt. The construction of the array tool a few days.
