If you're getting the "library feature is empty" error, you need to do an extra step before saving the profile as lib feat file. Right click on your sketch underneath the planes and origin icons to the left and select "add to library." This should fix it.

what about gravity? is gravity already been considered in the analysis or do you have to add it?

sir, can you make a reinforced concrete beam? I am desperately looking for a tutorial for my thesis and it would be my forever gratitude if you make a video.
or any advise on how to make reinforced steel bars inside the concrete beam?

hmmm, i believe we can accomplish this. but we would need to create an assembly that that contain a part file for the concrete beam, and part files for the reinforcement, since we are working with dissimilar materials. From there we would approach the problem similar to the video, the only difference i can see currently is we would need to handle the contact between the reinforcement and concrete, by default setting up the contacts would default it to bonded which at first glance i believe would be the proper contact. i will see if i can create this and make a video. it will take some time though i am a little behind on some projects at the moment.
