Yes it's expensive but it *looks* expensive and exotic. Like nothing else on the road. Makes a statement everywhere you go and feels special, which is everything I want if i'm spending that much. I'd buy one
I agree. Not a maserati fan but love the mc20. So unique looking and seems like a great driving experience
paying 100k extra because a car looks exotic is absurd. if you want this type of performance get a gtr and save 100k, or if you want the look then get a lotus.

These things are so cool. The fact that they're a good 100k less expensive than any of their Italian competitors and seem to be available NOW (based on a quick auto trader search) make the MC20 quite an intriguing option.
Agreed, you’re not sacrificing any power and this has all the sex appeal you could want imo. If you like turbo noises and can do without a V10 or V8 it’s a good option!

I'VE BEEN WAITING ON THIS. Someone in my area has one, absolutely stunning car and I honestly really love the way it sounds. I'm a bit of a weirdo that way, always appreciated a nice V6 note and this has a very cool grittiness to it that I just adore.
I love that the engine sounds like an engine. It is an authentic sound, unlike what you get in lots of other cars today.

I would say it looks to be the finest handling car you’ve tested.
I was really impressed when you tested it out in California.
The chassis just deals with any road surface.
It sounds a little better this time around, though inside it’s still pretty boring.
Gorgeous looking on the outside, somewhat boring on the inside.
Not sure why they called it the MC20 but it deserves something more special, like being named after some track or like.

Great design and materials overall , and it really looks exotic! Definitely the coolest Maserati. The interior is a bit bland but that's not the worst place to skimp on a performance car.

Maserati messes a lot of things up but supercar design is definitely not one of them

The terrifying and rough nature of that Turbo V6 in this car is absolutely savage. Like an old Koenigsegg or something. Just pissed off and angry. It's so cool.

It's almost reminds me of a 2jz. 3.0 liters, 6 cylinders, insane amount of power per cylinder/liter. Although the price is a bit too much tbh. I'm not sure what you get here for the price of an average Ferrari or McLaren/Porsche. Turbo lag maybe?

So far, no. I've been watching the market incredibly closely and low optioned ones are hovering in the low 210-220's, those with more options are sticking in the 240+. If something with front lift (the only option I care about) drops below 200 or someone is willing to deal, that's a range I can accept. I'm very interested to see what low mileage 2022's will be in another year or two.

Yeah that’s an interesting note, this MC20 was surprisingly compliant, you can tell from the video it didn’t have as much of a problem putting power down as the car we drove out in CA.
It actually sounds pretty good to me. A 458 sounds better but that’s a 10+ year old car now
This car looks more like a Jaguar than an Italian supercar. It kinda resembles Jaguan CX75
used to own one of these. can confirm its raw and a bit scary. def never drove it in race mode before the tires were warm.
