      I been waiting like 2 months for them get in stock. But their always out of stock. I just contacted them by email wondering if they discontinued them or something ... this was their reply.
      Hi _____
      This is a very popular tire.
      We are manufacturers and sell primarily to wholesalers who then sell to retailers. We do not keep inventory of these tires, we build to order for these customers. We offer tires and tubes for sale on our website as a convenience when we have excess inventory but primarily these are available at retailers.
      There should be retailers that have this tire in stock. Thank you, Jason

    BTW you might like LED pedals. I use Redshift Arclight pedals, they look great and they're perfect for getting noticed at night. They're USB rechargeable, just take out the lights from the pedals and then they snap back in with magnetic connections. They're also calibrated to adjust the light according to the position of the pedal, so that the front of the pedal is always white, and the rear is red. They're waterproof too.

    i think you might have the tyres on the wrong way around which might cause the vibration, it will also cause you to aquaplane if you hit some water, as you sit on the bike and look down on the front tyre, the tread should make a forward facing arrow (to take the water from the centre to the outer of the tyre)

    rolling resistance is more, and you can pump them up harder, but then you need a kidney belt. all that vibration will soon cause a short circuit, keep that in mind, check the connectors of your battery every now and then, so that they do not turn black. Hoe many psi you tot in the tire’s ? 😎

    1) I’m impressed with those tires overall even with the vibration and loss of acceleration and top speed.
    I’m seriously considering getting a pair!
    2) Why js the vibration that much worse? Is everything straight and tight on the bike? Maybe with meatier tires they need balancing?

      They are really thick tires so they definitely shake up the whole bike like a motorcycle. But the thing is that the bike materials are light and attached by a few screws; so it shakes up any attachments i have on the bike. They are beefy, help with flats and hug the asphalt. But I don’t think they are truly designed for light ebikes.

    What is your tire size and compare the diameter of those to the original. You might not be getting a true speed reading. I am looking for 3.00X10 inch. The hire the aspect ratio the better )meaning the most rubber possible from rim to pavement.

    E-Huntsman tires are notorious for delamination of the sidewall from the bead, causing a blowout. The company's only response is offering a warranty replacement with the same tire. They haven't done anything to address or acknowledge the weakness in the tires. If you value your health and safety, look for something else.

      Love the Shinko 568 fat tire series since at 100/80-16 the tire profile is at 4 inches; also the price is at $60(100/80-16) on amazon for the Shinko versus $120 for the Huntsman on amazon; so for two purchased tires one saves a very nice $120; plus one also gets a significantly beefier tire profile and much more substantial motor bike tire characteristic profile overall in terms of a true heavy duty motor bike scooter tires; which will only ultimately translate to even higher puncture free fat bike tire performance in the field; now for value budget pleasing price of only $120 for the two brand name Shinko 568 series fat bike performance tires at 100/80-16 fat bike tires;
      which I will still use of course the additional extra fat heavier duty profile moto bike tire puncture protection profile characteristics of using the dual stacked layer(s) of each polypropyline plastic tire liners helping to reinforce and back up the other tire liner along with the tire sealant brand name called Flat-Out; to further help in potentially eliminating any potential possibility of future tire punctures as well as typically getting and experiencing up to 13,000 kilometers or about 8,000 miles of e-biking puncture free performance one can effectively prevent and/or ban nearly all future fat moto bike tire punctures if one is quite careful on the road hopefully;
      now the typical CST brand name 20 inch by 4 inch fat bike tire was only getting about on average about 900 miles to 1,200 mile tire mileage on average before needed typical tire replacement so this is quite literally a truly major highly desired fat tire e-bike upgrade in both tire performance as well as truly effective future tire performance puncture protection; most 20 inch by 4 inch common brand name fat bike tires already go for about $50 bucks typically on average or so; so it is only a very small amount of money($10 more) to do the ultimate tire performance upgrade while also hopefully never ever have to find oneself dealing with or experiencing a potential future flat tire on the road in the field repair;
      now the other major objective advantage that fat bike tire users have also typically reported experiencing looking forward to being able to actually use the Shinko type 568 fat performance tire series for around 8,000 miles or so typical expected fat bike tire mileage lifetimes before replacement as this is at least eight times the typical expected 1,200 miles or so tire mileage for a typical brand name 20 inch by 4 inch fat bike tires; which is one very seriously upgraded super impressive heavy duty characteristic fat bike moto bike performance tire that one can indeed look forward to using up to eight times longer than the average typical expected 1,200 tire mileage lifetime before replacement generic amazon 20 inch by 4 inch fat bike tire that is typically going for now at $50 buck apiece.

    Remember, just because you don't need to register your bike or get insurance, does not mean, while riding on the roadway, you can ignore stop signs. Still can be sited for all those stop sign violations you violated and passing that white SUV on the right that was turning into the parking lot was really stupid. Good thing the driver was paying attention. Would have all been on you.

    • @epiphonium
      @epiphonium 2 года назад +8

      Agree, If ya don't follow the rules they will strengthen the rules, up the fines or illegalize EBikes altogether. Be cool.

    • @Internetpilot
      @Internetpilot 2 года назад +8

      Bicycles have always basically treated stop signs as yields especially in areas where 4-way stops are implemented purely to slow down automobile traffic. They're not just supposed to run them, but if there's no other opposing traffic, there's no reason for the slower/human powered vehicle to have to get back up to speed again. CA actually had a bill go through making this legal for bicycles, but in the end the governor disagreed with lawmakers and vetoed it in Oct 2021. Not excusing the behavior and it's usually not what I do on my ebike, but you and I are clearly not the norm on this subject.
      Regarding the white SUV, that was all the SUV's fault. Watch the video again @17:39. The SUV was literally on the wrong side of the road and then I'm guessing (???) decided to turn right with no signal -- no one, including the driver of that white SUV, knew what the hell they were doing/going to do. With the bike lane there, the white SUV has to yield to bicycles going straight anyway.
      All this being said, I typically ride my ebike (which is a cargo ebike and looks far more like a bike than any Super73 does) following more motorcycle rules/laws than bicycle. I just feel safer and feel like when doing it that way vehicles and pedestrians see me better and respect me more like another vehicle. But that's just me.

    • @epiphonium
      @epiphonium 2 года назад +1

      @@Internetpilot But powered bicycles are kinda pushing the rules anyway. Mopeds are basically motorcycles with pedals and here they are restricted to speed or engine size/power. The more these electric bikes push limits and get noticed the sooner someone is gonna push more rules. Like license or restrictions. Only a matter of time if ya keep making it obvious enough.

    • @Internetpilot
      @Internetpilot 2 года назад +2

      @@epiphonium I don't disagree except I that I don't think that ebike rider behavior is the problem. For every ebike rider not following the rules of the road, there's 100's (if not 1000's) of analog bike riders doing the same or worse. Before ebikes it was push scooters, before push scooters it was skateboards, etc. The problem with the future of ebikes is that some (maybe most?) of the ebike manufacturers themselves. As long as Super 73, Onyx, Ariel Rider, Delfast, definitely Sur Ron, etc. keep producing 30, 40, 50+ mph "ebikes", the entire industry is going to eventually get hit with much stricter local laws. The ebike manufacturers need to start better regulating themselves or they're going to get regulated by local government and that's going to suck for all of us when something like only Class 1 ebikes are legal.

    I hope your Vee tires do better than mine did! I have a Rad Power Bikes RadWagon 4 cargo ebike that comes stock with very proprietary 22" x 3" Vee bicycle tires, and they've become really notorious for bead separation/splitting at REALLY low miles (like mine just happened at 6 months/1140 miles). Neither Vee nor Rad will warranty the tire at all. Since there is no other ebike/bicycle option in that size, I just switched to Michelin City Pro motorcycle/scooter tires. Not trying to trash Vee or anything, but just keep an eye on that bead seam! They definitely look good and I do hope they do well for you!
    Regarding the vibration, are the E-Huntsmans directional tires? I know most bicycle/ebike tires aren't, but most motorcycle tires are, and a 30+ mph ebike is somewhere between the two. Regardless, the vibration should lessen over time as the tread wears a little.

      The Rad flagship bike is also on ridiculous sale ($1200 -- around $800 off), but I know exactly why that happened. They stupidly soldered the formerly user replaceable battery fuses to a circuit board sealed in the non-user serviceable battery. Gotta say, hands down love my S2. Specially with the dual batteries and the torque update (which not everyone has access to). But to be honest they are completely different e-bikes. One is a moped and the other is a motorcycle. You can always change the motor but if you’re homie is a true homie he should be cool with just cruising with you haha

    The speedsters are 1 lbs lighter than the huntsman. I'm wondering if that will make a big difference in acceleration and top speed as you pointed out. Also wondering if the huntsman are lounder than the speedsters. As well how well the speedsters handle off roading trails.
    What tires did you have before the huntsman?

      Replacing my Vee speedsters with Huntsman this time as price not much more for a tire that has way more tread .The speedsters have got very little tread which Grizzly chews up so they look like a better deal,that extra tread for an extra 10 bucks no brainer

    Innova tires give the same grip, rolling angle, and confidence - but without the weight
    Also, scooter or motorbike tires don't bead right unless you have the right rims.
    Also also, you shouldn't add that much rolling weight to a bike without upgrading the brakes.

    • @thepeterparkershow
      @thepeterparkershow  2 года назад

      It’s a camera like you said. I like it because it’s more low key but a mirror works just fine too. The tires: I love the E-huntsman but unfortunately they sold out the day i released this video. Depending on what you are gonna use the tires for. The grizzlies are good for off-roading and more grip on the road but they slow you down more. Better for less punctures too. The troopers or apache add extra 2mph on the ride. But they are easier to get punctures and they slip easier. If you are in between those try the badgers or the shinkos.

      100% better. They are incredible tires once you brake them in.

    • @profdleeucc

      The vibration could potentially be coming from the fat bike wheel being slightly out of true; since when one changes over to a much heavier and fatter dynamic rotational fat tire mass; it can potentially intensify and magnify any minor wheel vibrations.

    hey! I'm thinking of buying BDGR tires for my super73 ZX. Do you recommend 4.5" in front and rear or 4.5" in front and 5" rear? And why? Thank you very much! :)

    • @thepeterparkershow
      @thepeterparkershow  2 года назад +1

      Badgers are nice tires but they add more weight to the bike (not as heavy as the Grizzlies of course). If you want more resistance while riding and a little more protection from road debris these are better than the stock ZX tires. But the troopers i had on mine added an extra mile to my top speed. I would recommend putting a 5” in the back simply because the rim is slightly bigger and the tire will be better imbedded.

      Thanks for the kind reminder. Most comments are more aggressive about this. I come from the Midwest where I used to stop at every stop sign and hold for about 3 to 2 seconds. Here in LA or should I say California, people treat the stop sign as a yield signed and you see this very commonly in the city. Most of the time I stop when I see a car coming at the stop sign. But if I don’t see a car, I usually yield and go ahead. This sounds unusual coming from the outside of California but it’s actually super common and in fact, I’ve seen a lot of cops do it as well. California is notorious for their drivers and driving. Trust me this isn’t the worst thing I’ve seen drivers do. I’ve seen people go over red lights multiple times endangering me and worse things.
