Hi. The other night we pulled into caja del Rio plateau camping area and pulled in next to you. We have the 5th wheel with the white truck. Didn't know you had a you tube channel. It's funny that you popped up in my suggested videos. I love your rig. I told my wife that I would have loved to see the inside but you left. I watched your tour. You guys did an awesome job restoring your rig.
We would have loved to meet y'all too. Are y'all still there ? We wanted to go north but it was too cold. We are starting our way back to Florida to help with the grandkids. Thank you for watching the tour of our rig. It was a labor of love. We hope y'all subscribed. We hope to keep y'all informed and entertained. 😊 Happy Trails
@@NomadicRamblersAdventures yes we are still here and it's snowing. Crazy weather. I subscribed. We too have a channel check it out when you get a chance. Safe travels.
Wow. You are packed in. I always see this place on my way to CW (I live here on the other side of the Sandias). It’s really neat with the old trailers. But I’ve never stopped in. Thanks for the tour.
Hi Denise from Elephant Butte you really did well live with my screw up lol thanks for all the info on your stays. I got the dog clippers they are great. I've stayed few times Enchanted Trails. Love all the old signs and antiques. Happy trails
YAY ! I'm glad the Clippers are working great for you. The signs and the vintage trailers were my favorite too. 😀 Hugs....oh we will be live Tonight 7 pm eastern time.
For 4 yrs, my Daddy was stationed at UNM till 1963. We lived a few blocks from RT 66 a mile from the foot of the Sandias. We dry tent camped on the Peco River near Santa Fe.
oh my,..... my my my.......aren't those trailer beautiful ...............sky awesome pictures........ geee wish they would get you squared around with your frig......yup cold up north if not cold water every where....... /Great Likes have not seen water this high in thirty years.
A beautiful, well kept vintage trailer like yours would be an asset to their park. It is unfair to limit stays to RVs that are 10 years old or newer. A well maintained older rig is a lot nice than a newer one that is not kept up. Safe travels and thank you for taking the time to share your video.
That Spartan Mansion is one clean looking trailer. I used to have a Spartan Manor which is the next size down. Mine was 33 ft. I show it in a few of my older videos. Thats a really nice RV park and I love the Vintage section. Lot's of RV parks are doing that now. I recently sold a 1953 Kit 30 footer to a park in Northern CA who is doing the same thing. Hope they get the frige thing taken care of for you today. Tough living out of a cooler. I know. I do it a lot.
We just left Santa Fe. We are going south on 285. We are on our way back to Florida to help with grandbabies for the summer. Thank God for AC....lol Santa Fe are under a winter storm watch tonight. Stay warm 😀
I think there was a refurbish old antique trailers and people buy and then they turn around and rent them out for the day or the weekends or for a week it must be that park. It was on the Discovery channel.
man some cool old campers but man no grass and all pea stone and on top of each other, man you can hear and smell your neighbor take a dump mot cool in my book!
@@NomadicRamblersAdventures That is really good to know... Where about is this RV Campground located. My Son and his family live on the West side of ABQ and when I come back up there, maybe I can be at this RV park.. What are the restrictions there about age of the RV, if any?
Love the vintage cars and trailers. Surprisingly quiet dispite being jam packed. Thanks for sharing ❤️ 🇬🇧
We were really surprised about help quiet it was. 😴 it was nice that we could take naps during the day. 😀

That’s awesome 😀 we would love to camp on the river 😍
I think it is funny that they have a rule about old rigs but have all those old ones there for rent. :) Love you!

Wow that's awesome. So happy that most of the lakes this year got their fill. 😀
Loved all the vintage trailers. I have a 1963 Santa Fe Cub that is almost ready, just a couple things left inside and needs a new paint job.
Sweet ! 😍

Thank you. 😊 Sometimes these parks don't know what they are missing. 😀

We also have a few parks back home that have to vintage trailers too. It's so cool. 😍
Yes we finally got a new refrigerator. YAY !!!
@@NomadicRamblersAdventures GREAT... Now back to having fun and enjoying life. Man I can't wait to get out on the road with my trailer behind me.
I just left Albuquerque and am in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I LOVE listening to you

Yes ma'am, it's the same park. 😀
Good morning,. Thanks for sharing.
Vintage trailers awesome!
They were awesome. 😀
Love the vintage camper hopefully I can get mine finished up and we could travel together
Sweet !
Good afternoon nice video Ausom have a nice time dear from Holland Bea
I would definitely hang my rv keys up for the weekend and rent the Spartan!
I would too. 😀
👍👍👍🛠🇨🇦
Liked the vintage trailers, But that's not camping that's a mobile home court.
We use d to tent camp but our backs will not take it anymore. However, we still do tent camp every once in a while. 😁
Well that makes no since. They have vintage trailers to rent, but you can't have one for a extended stay???
I know it's crazy right. 😏
Place is not bad for the price but nothing spectacular compared to Santa Fe Skies. Right next door to Camping World makes it handy if you need stuff.
You are right about that. We just left Santa Fe. It's snowing there.
You could only stay for two days while they rent out vintage campers? That is not right.
It's all good. Their rules. It's ok they just want to keep out the ones that really look bad. 😀
There's 2 minutes I'll never get back
Thanks for the 2 minutes. 😀
man some cool old campers but man no grass and all pea stone and on top of each other, man you can hear and smell your neighbor take a dump mot cool in my book!
Just good enough to do laundry and be close for the business we had to take care of. 😀
I live in New Mexico
Sweet ! We are really enjoying our time here. 😀
