On the phone just need to use the Aura app. On the computer (PC or Mac), you can use the web interface: app.auraframes.com/login

I have trouble with my screen not being bright enough...how can I make it brighter

Unfortunately there’s no option to manually adjust the brightness. Put it at locations without direct competing light would help.
