@@shivanshupal46 We started with b2c, later realised made a wrong decision since it's a heavy cash burn space, so pivoted to b2b, after making some money, we re-started experimenting on b2c, we identified the problem in unorganised open learning, we started building for that, sooner realised we cannot monetise the open learning so parallel we started building the product that can be monetised. It's been 4.5 years and we are still learning and evolving. Conclusion: The idea of validation needs to be re-validated at a certain frequency and product needs to be optimised accordingly. All what matters is you need to start with something and evolve with it. PS: The student community functions very differently.
